Eikane looked at the assembled wherlings and smiled. Teaching. It was something Eikane liked to do well enough and he knew it would keep Eikask satisfied. She liked attention and students were usually supposed to pay attention to their teachers. He'd sent the gold and her babies elsewhere because that night they were doing bonding excercises. It was true that bonding excercises could be done with their human partners but he rather liked the task he'd chosen to give them that night.
"Now that the whers are gone, we're going for a walk. The Watch and Guard have made sure we'll be perfectly safe going for a little stroll in the jungle. Feel free to contact your partners as you like. They're going to be tracking us so you might want to help them out," Eikane told us class, mentally signaling to his own wher that she could get the wherlings started. He didn't mention that both he and Eikask were going to be running interference. That was for the class to figure out on their own and hopefully work around. "Oh, right...the prize for being found before we get back to the apartments...let's leave it open, shall we? If you win you guys can request one thing of me. If it's within my power, I'll do it."
The man led the little group into the jungle, vaulting over a fallen log easily enough. The stars and moons provided decent light for someone like him who was used to the night life. The wherlings had been given time to get used to living at night but he'd see just how prepared they were. He was counting on them making enough noise for their whers when (or if) they got close enough. He kept conversation going as well, though his voice was low. "How's your wher doing?" He asked of the nearest person to him.
Eikask crooned quietly to get the attention of the baby whers. Barking would have probably set that one odd baby off. Couldn't have that, too much attention. Alright, it was time to follow momma on the search for the humans. The gold moved back towards the initial gathering place, tail brushing the ground lightly in places, subtly erasing track marks as she could. It was time to hunt! Smell, look, think and they'd be able to find Theirs! And, of course, they should pay attention to their momma's advice, yes? Well then, good luck, little babies!
----
Please refer to Eikask's reactions as a guide to how close the whers are to the human group. Right now there are tracks and smell to follow into the jungle.

Hinsero didn't like being away from Hinsesk even for the few minutes it had taken for Eikane and Eikask to separate them. The Wher seemed less worried about the whole thing - had to take everything in moderation, after all. As he reminded his Handler, they spent plenty of time together, it was healthy to be apart sometimes, too. Hinsero wasn't sure he agreed. As far as he was concerned, Hinsesk could be sewn to his side and he would be plenty happy.
The human half of their teacher couldn't be much older than Hinsero himself, although that didn't bother the Wherling. Taller, too, although Hinsero thought his shoulders were wider. It didn't matter, honestly, but the Healer was used to sizing men up like that - you never knew when one might decide your face would look better rearranged. It helped to be prepared, even if Hinsero couldn't imagine any situation in which Eikane would punch him, but... whatever. He offered his teacher a smile as they started moving, leaving Porita's side (he found himself walking near her more often than not, anyway) to fall in next to the Goldhandler. "Hinsesk's doing well enough; he seems to be quite intelligent, for a baby. Doesn't seem to want to over eat or anything, like some of the others," No, his eyes did not flick to Zemaren, or not on purpose anyway. "He does seem to be getting bigger every candlemark, though."
Hinsesk answered his mother's croon, by lifting his head, returning his attention to her (or half of it, anyway. Wouldn't do to be too interested, or excited). Smell, look, think. He could tell where His was - or he thought so, anyway. Hinsero was usually where he seemed to be. And his mother was showing them how to erase tracks. The brown gave it a try, but his try was halfhearted, and his footprints really didn't disappear the way they were supposed to. Hmmph. Glancing over at Posk and Nyssk, he tried to see if they were any more successful.

Nysania stood amongst the assembled wherlings. Most of them were quite a bit younger than she herself actually. She’d be thirty this turn. How old was the oldest besides her? Mid twenties maybe? She was even older than the teacher, which left her feeling a little awkward. That awkwardness made it hard to force Nyssk to leave her side. The male had been determined to stay and protect her from whatever it was that was making her nervous. Eventually she had convinced the blue to leave but even now she felt him pushing against her mind, questioning, promising that he would find her no matter the cost. Comforting.
Turning her attention back to Eikane she nodded. A walk. That didn’t sound too bad. A walk and the baby whers were supposed to find them. Hmm. Well she’d see how that worked out. Nyssk was excited about the prospect anyway. She could feel him dimly in the back of her mind, mostly feeling the determination he was broadcasting. Nysania was still not used to the blue's constant presence in her mind. In was strange and still nerve-wracking at times, because she had promised herself she wouldn’t get so close to another. But it seemed with bonding that could not be helped. Besides despite her nervousness about the situation still she welcomed the company. Immensely. The healer hadn’t realized just how lonely she was until Nyssk came along.
Hmm whatever was in his power to grant? That was an interesting prize. Did the gold handler realize how open that was to interpretation? Perhaps. Then again perhaps not. With a smile Nysania continued to follow Eikane letting some of the younger kids head the pack. Walks were something she was used to and the night was lovely. Checking in with Nyssk she smiled. Arrogant little snot.
Nyssk swung his head around to regard his mother as she crooned. A return croon was given, the sound coming out reassuring. Do not worry dearest Mother. He was paying attention. Close attention. Looking back he regarded his siblings with interest. Winding back amongst them as they followed Eikask he brushed up against the most nervous ones reassuringly. Need not worry his protected ones. They would find theirs shortly and he would protect them along the way. As they stepped into the clearing recently vacated by the humans, the blue lowered his head to the ground and examined the different scents preset. Protected number one’s perfume was easily recognized and Nyssk’s head came up abruptly. With a snort he found the trail and started ambling along it, tripping occasionally as his pace quickened. Stopping momentarily in his own journey the little wher backtracked to encourage his siblings. Must protect them as well.

Faolan trailed behind Eikane and Hinsero with his arms wrapped loosely around a stomach that roiled with an anxiety just this side of terror. Difficult enough to leave his little beauty standing in her corner, fast asleep. (The greenwherling was under no illusions; if he hadn't, she would never have left him, no matter who urged her to. This might change in time. He wasn't so sure he wanted it to, though.) But not going to find her now? Much worse. Yet he told himself over and over that Faolask was safe under Eikask's protection. That this was just an exercise. And he somehow managed to follow Eikane away from her, though his stomach lining was like to be eaten clear through by the time this was over.
Faolask was just as anxious as Hers. More. The little one kept as close to Mommy as she could. Her dam would find Hers, wouldn't she? The small female made little probing darts forward, then back. Unable or unwilling to walk at a normal pace. She could feel him. He was there. Somewhere. Not too far away but growing farther. They were moving too slow. An anxious whine in her throat as she brushed her mother's flank. Faolask took off in a circle around her siblings. Herding them, maybe.
Or more likely just expending nervous energy.
The dragonless man kept glancing back. He could feel her and feel their distance. Going not quite the wrong way, but on a tangent that would lead them far wide. Pale blue eyes turned to the heavyset older woman not far off. It was a chore to place one foot in front of the other, knowing that it would lengthen that distance all the more. His feet felt heavy. "Nysania." His voice was a near-murmur. Even at that low decibel, though, it was easy to tell that he was bordering on upset. "Where is he taking them?" If Faolask was apart from him, how could he keep her safe?
Wrong. Wrong, wrong. She was certain of it now. Faolask trembled. Nearly jumped from her skin at Nyssk's touch and a good fifty feet away before she realized it was him only. The green stopped. Only now she couldn't see any of them. Faolask yipped, just as afraid that what found her might be something bad as she was to be alone. Where was everyone? Shrinking back from the thickest of the shadows, she yipped a little louder. Someone help?

A change had taken place within Emiliah when Emilsk had entered her life. Things were very different for the girl. She'd adapted well to the night life of a wherhandler...attributed to by her "night exploring". She was more active, and her life now seemed to hold more purpose. Even Shrew stayed with her more, the fire lizard on her shoulder excited by the lessons. The biggest change was that she didn't fear people anymore, or at least not as much. She felt comfortable with the group she was with, all the new wherhandlers and Eikane. The only thing that made her nervous was the walk through the dark woods. She fidgeted with her sleeve.
Emilsk felt the vague anxiety of Emiliah. She had felt it when the humans were told by her mother's person to go one way while her and her siblings were called the other. She was assured that the little green one occupying Her's shoulder would be of comfort to her during their separation. Just to be safe, Emilsk communicated how calm she was as she crooned a 'good evening' to the family before settling in a back position; no need to make more of herself. Emilsk was more than happy to follow near the rear, covering up her tracks as she went. If anyone wanted to walk with her they were welcome, however she tried to tell Nyssk that she didn't need protecting; after all, Eikask knew what she was doing.
Shrew remained perched on Emiliah's shoulder. She didn't see any reason to be flying off investigating if she could hitch a ride at the moment. While the girl had been able to easily adjust, the flit had found it more difficult. Her sleeping habits were all wrong now and, while she liked Emilsk, why did she have to not like the day? Shrew had tried to show her images of the sunny afternoons she so enjoyed but the baby wher hadn't found the same draw. In fact there had been some communication, somewhat miscommunicated, that bright lights hurt the wher's eyes and that the night was cooler. The little fire lizard yawned, stretching her wings a bit before settling back down. For now she would curls her tail around the neck of her Emiliah for security and nap.

Porita was beginning to wonder if maybe she should start wearing pants. Proper girls didn't wear them, that was how she was taught, but dragon riders did and if they were going to be doing a lot of running around outside, skirts were going to get in the way. For now, she'd settled on a skirt that was at least a touch shorter and comfortable, combined with a matching maroon scarf. Living at night was easier than she'd supposed. It was quiet and peaceful, even at meals, with only the night crews and the other wherhandlers for company. She counted her blessings that Faolan and Hinsero were among them.
The lessons was not what she had expected and her hangs started to wring the end of her scarf nervously. To think she had only known the little, blue wher a short time and he was already such a large part of her. Having him nearby gave her purpose and hope in her life, and leaving him brought her back to being shy and nervous again. Instinctively she walked next to Hinsero for the first few paces, until he moved to speak with their teacher. She smiled gratefully at him, taking a deep breath. Posk, at least, didn't seem to mind the activity at all. So long as Porita was with her safe with her human pack and he with his, all would be well.
Feeling she aught to at least try to get to know the others, Porita moved over to walk with Emiliah, who she recalled from the hatching. "How's your hand?" she asked quietly. She looked apologetic that she didn't have something better to say to start conversation, but she did still feel sorry for leaving the other girl to the mercies of the golden salamandyr.
Posk was delighted. A hunt with his family, who could ask for more! This was how whers should be, together and happy. He chortled happily to his mother and did his best to follow her example at first. Before long, however, he was far too interested in poking around underneath bushes and branches as they past. Who knew what wonders they might hide? Perhaps a magical rock or a strange creature was waiting for them behind that tree! A sharp sound, brought his head up curiously and he bounded off the path to find his sister, Faolask. What was she doing? Was she looking for fairies? Posk sniffed at the shadows and sneezed. What a fascinating sound that was! He sneezed again and paused. Was someone thinking about him? But then, of course, Porita was! Maybe he should sneeze again, just to be safe. Three was a good number. Grinning to his sister, he gave a third, almost sneeze. They should probably go back to the others now. Being together was best after all!

Kalsk was horrified to be separated from His even for a moment as he heard his mother call, he gave out a hesitant and reluctant yip and a guff and followed her and his siblings as best he could.
Kalaht watched as his baby parted from him and a tear came in his eye, which he wiped quickly away. After all, Kalak was supposed to find him to see how strong their bond was. Of course, this is only an exercise but the feeling of His walking away didn't feel any better.
Kalsk was excited, afraid and sad and the same time. Excited that he was going hunting with his family but afraid and sad that he was leaving his bond behind. It didn't feel right. This was wrong! All wrong...but hearing his mother's soft croon, he must obey her. He stopped and looked back on occasion but trekked forth following his mother. He put his nose to the ground and started to sniff around trying to pick up Kalaht's scent. He, soon, found himself utterly lost.
Kalsk whimpered and whined, tucked his tail in between his legs and out came a tiny but loud howl. He -hated- to be alone! Particularly -now-! He wanted to go back, in the direction that Kalaht was headed but where was that? He began searching for any kind of sign, any kind of scent....but there was nothing. Had he gone the wrong way? Where was everyone? He heard a roar somewhere in the distance and Kalsk laid flat as could be and put his paws over his eyes. He whimpered and whined again. The little blue was shaking like a leaf.
Kalaht didn't hear the tiny howl since he wasn't in earshot but had he done so, he would have ruined the exercise and maybe gotten lost himself.

Zemaren sighed. Great, walking at night... how fun. What, were they just supposed to chit chat as they walked back to the apartments while they waited for their Wher's to find them? He'd be the first to admit that this was about as boring as practicing his scales. The only reason he wasn't freaking out over the separation from Zemask, was because the large brown wasn't flipping out himself. In fact, the Brown felt rather content. Probably because he was trotting around on an adventure with his clutchmates. The Harper was sure that as long as they could maintain mental contact (which by the way was still super weird) that they didn't have to worry about anything. Yawning he picked up a walk as they began to move, falling to wards the middle of the group.
Meanwhile Zemask was more than happy to trot along side his Mother, obviously she knew what she was doing. The Goldpair wouldn't separate them to be mean, so there must be some kind of lesson in this? But what was it? Whatever it was the Brown hoped it was something simple, so he could grasp it quickly and feel smart. Finding his would be fun, he thought, he could pounce on him as if they were really hunting! Though he'd be sure to avoid scratching His with his claws, Zemask vaguely remembered the last time he had done that, if only because Hislove thought about it whenever he wasn't careful with his claws. The big Brown swung his head back and forth, watching his clutchmates to see how they reacted. Oh so many were nervous. They shouldn't be nervous. They would see theirs again.
He could still feel Zemaren even though he couldn't see him. It meant he was still there. He would be okay with Mother's partner. That human was big, and probably really strong too! Just like a Wher. Zemask paused. Where they missing brothers and sisters? Nosing his mother he yipped. Kalsk, Posk and Faolask were gone. Could mother find them? They must have wondered. He didn't know that Posk had gone to find Faolask, otherwise he would have mentioned something about it

Eikane chuckled at Hinsero's answer. "Yes, they do tend to grow fast. I'm glad to hear Hinsesk is being moderate in his eating. It can be difficult to convince a baby wher not to over-indulge...in anything," he paused, briefly dipping into his memories before chuckling softly again. "If you think he's intelligent now then he may well surprise you later on. It's not impossible for a wher to be smarter than some peopole but it's always surprising when they are." Eikask was a bright wher, if only she cared to use her intelligence properly.
Eikask was so amused when Hinsesk helped her erase the tracks. Interesting. Well, she supposed that was a valuable lesson and of itself...though tracking was undoubtedly more important. She corrected him with a brief brush of her mind. They're looking for Theirs, not erasing tracks. Though if he wanted to assist her so badly at making this more difficult he may. The gold tolerated Faolask up against her, even deigning to offer a comforting humm. She wasn't overly nice to most other females, but Faolask was not only her baby but also paying attention to her, in whatever form.
While she took a moment to focus on the mind of Hers to inform him vaguely of what was going on she became aware of the absence of three of her babies. She yipped understanding to Zemask and passed that information on to Eikane. The man had the humans stop briefly. "Already, a little mind excercise time. Try and contact your whers, figure out what you're doing. It's okay if you can't," he added. Because bond strengths varied for different pairs. He was trying to help strengthen them but...some just never would improve. Fact of life, unfortunately.
Eikask, meanwhile, let out a loud howl. Certainly loud enough for the humans to hear it from where they were. To the babies who could make their way back, that would be their guide. To the ones who couldn't it was a warning to stay put. Then she barked at the babies near her. Watch and learn, babies. Momma's going to do some tracking and show them how it was done right. She located the trail of two babies, nose to the ground much like a hound's and eyes meant for darkness peering at the signs of movement.

If not paying complete and full attention to Eikane Nysania was at least paying some attention. She was far more interested in the night sounds around them and what they meant. She chose to listen quietly as she strode somewhere near the tail end of the loose grouping of handlers. Her name being uttered in a rather quiet tone had her head turning to regard Faolan curiously. Had he said her name? It seemed yes and he was asking a question as well. The older woman wasn’t quite sure why the greenhandler seemed so stricken but she smiled in what she hoped was a reassuring manner.
“She’s trying to teach them to find us I guess? Suppose it’s something they should know in case separation does ever happen. As far as where exactly they or we are going not sure.” Nyssk hadn’t been all that keen on parting with her either but he was extremely confident in his ability to find her again. The blue didn’t seem to think himself incapable of anything. Charge the world head on and make it our own type of wher it seemed. It was hard to worry too much about the little guy when he seemed to have no fear himself.
Nope in fact Nyssk was using this exercise to label his siblings. So far he had a decent idea. Hinsesk and Zemask were non entities so far, Posk a follower it was obvious, Kalsk protected, Faolask protected, Emilsk didn’t need his protection she had said. Which made her a possible follower. Hmm. His siblings mostly seemed to either be confused, nervous or lost. The blue himself was none of these things. This exercise seemed rather straightforward and simple. Why were they all seeming so confused? Obviously they needed their leader to display how to do it. Easy enough. Crooning to Eikask the little male watched her and putting nose to the ground mimicked her, sorting through scents and cataloging them in his head for future use. Posk and Faolask were this way Kalsk’s trail went off to the left. With a snort he went after his fellow blue brother, deciding to try and fetch him back for Eikask.
Coming upon his pathetically cowering brother he gave a sharp bark and snorted. This way Protected number three. He would make sure the nasties stayed back. Come cowering one. Mother was this way. Follow him. Giving his brother a rather hard nudge with his head he turned and gave a look from over his shoulder. Come. Now. He commanded of Kalsk. He would bring him back to mother and then help find his for him. There was nothing to fear out here. Especially with him here now.
Nysania stopped when Eikane did and she slightly tilted her head and considered. “Nyssk is looking for a sibling who apparently got lost. Which one I’m not sure? He doesn’t use names apparently.” The last sentence was given with a rather exasperated huff. “He then plans to continue his quest find me with his apparently god like tracking skills. Bringing all his siblings with him on a trail of glory of course.” She tried not to chuckle at that because that is exactly what he told her. Okay maybe she had added the godlike part but still. It was close enough to what he was thinking. How had she gotten attached to such a wher? In a way his antics amused her but in another way it also worried her. No one was invincible. Despite Nyssk’s thoughts to the contrary.

There was a look of dismay on Faolan's face that at least was partly hidden by the darkness. He hadn't been asking what Eikask was doing. Mix-up of pronouns. Why would he ask Nysania that? It was Nyssk's striking off in the wrong direction that he'd been asking after. "Th-that's not what-" But then they came to a halt, and the man stopped abruptly so he didn't run into the back of the person in front of him. Emiliah?
Faolask jumped high enough that she actually rattled lower branches at Posk's sneeze, the branches startling her further into a dash toward her brother, whom she recognized in the intervening seconds between jump and landing. Circling about him in a sharp turn, she pressed against him, quivering. Poskbrother...where were they? It was scary out here. She said nothing of faeries, not knowing what it was he was talking about.
A glance was given to Eikane. Faolan fidgeted slightly. "Nyssk scared Faolask, she got lost...Posk found her and sneezed and startled her again but she didn't run away from him this time. Promises she won't, because it's scary to be in the dark by herself," he added with a small note of relief in his quivering voice. "She wants to just come home. And says Nyssk is going the wrong way. He is. I could feel her getting further away." He avoided Nysania's eyes.
What resolve Faolask had to stay pressed to Posk vanished with that loud howl. She was off like a slingshot, at least for the three seconds it took her mind to sort through the meaning of it. Then, six paces into her mad dash, she froze obediently. Don't move. Of course...going from full speed to no movement at all isn't exactly natural. The green faceplanted with a pained little yip, then lay still. Don't move. That's what mom had said. Didn't want to make her dam mad. Please hurry, she pled with her mother, even as she whimpered for Posk. Where was he? (Of course, if she'd just looked behind her she would have seen him, but that required moving.)
Faolan bit his lip. "Now she's afraid to move." He clenched his fists slightly, trying to force his heartrate down. The man knew it was Faolask. Sympathetic adrenaline or something. He felt like he was going to have a stroke at the rate his green was going, though.

Oh, Hinsesk hadn't meant to learn something extra. Now he'd have to forget something to make up for it. Oh well, he could come up with something to forget while the others were scampering and dashing and getting lost. Hinsesk himself planned to follow his mother, ambling obediently behind her as first one sibling, then another, then another disappeared into the undergrowth. He brushed Faolask's brain lightly when she started running - calm, sister, everything in moderation - but she was already in such a tizzy she didn't seem to hear. Well, Hinsesk wasn't likely to try again. He drifted a few steps off the path after Posk, but that seemed like too much of a commitment. Instead, he fell in with Emilsk and Zemask, who seemed to be the more sensible ones. And how were his sister and brother doing tonight?
Hinsero was chuckling slightly at Eikane's explanation, nodding when it was appropriate. "Well, I'll try not to be surprised if Hinsesk grows up smarter than me," he chuckled, glancing back at the trailing wherlings. Most seemed to have paired off, so he kept his voice low and murmured, "Some of 'em aren't doing so well, though. Faolan, for instance. His little green has him on edge all the time..." His voice was full of concern; he wasn't trying to rat on his fellow wherlings, just trying to get them the help they deserved. Hinsesk was easygoing, simple in his desires and highly logical at all times. Some of the others weren't so lucky.
Their conversation was cut short when Eikane stopped them, though. Hinsero took a moment to reach out, shivering at the sound of the Gold's howl. Eerie, that. Nysania and Faolan went first; apparently their whers were doing much more exciting things than steady Hinsesk. "Hinsesk is following Eikask, and checking in with Zemask and Emilsk -" No, not following, Hinsesk corrected his handler. Walking and tracking. If he was following, that meant he would have to lead in a bit, and Eikask wouldn't like that at all. "Walking, sorry. Walking, not following. Faolan?" The big man put a hand behind his neck, a little embarrassed at offering the older man help. "If it would help, Hinsesk is a pretty steady wher. Maybe he can, I dunno, project calm to Faolask or something? Want to try?"

Kalsk had been nudged by Nyssk, as impolite as it was. He felt a little better though with his siblings around. He was confused, afraid and lost until they came along. He trotted along his brother. He heard the roar again in the distance but Kalsk didn't pay attention and the howl of his mother. Mother? Mother! I'm coming! Kalsk ran up ahead of Nyssk. As he passed Nyssk, he barked and rumbled. Hurry! Hurry up...you slow poke!
Kalsk yipped and trilled excitedly as he ran toward the howl of the Queen wher. He went passed the pond he remember where he relieved himself at before searching onward.
Kalaht heard the howl and smiled.
"Kalsk was lost and now he had been found by someone. Not sure who though but he is awfully excited." Kalaht's grin was ear to ear. "Its like the excitement you get on Turn's End in the morning."

Eikane nodded and smiled sympathetically at the mention of Faolan. "Yes, it's not always easy being bonded to some whers, or salamandyrs for that matter. There's not much one can do but find the triggers and try and avoid them, unfortunately," he replied. He then turned his attention to the group as answers rang out. Yes, he'd gotten roughly that from Eikask, minus the emotional details. At least Faolask wouldn't be running anywhere if she was too scared to move.
Eikask sifted through the information streaming in from Hers, giving her a better idea of what was going on with her babies. She caught sight of Nyssk going off on his own and snorted sharply. Babies wandering off alone...Sillies. She let the blue do as he liked though. He seemed able to handle himself, as opposed to Faolask and Posk. A gentle remidner from Eikane had the gold set up a low hum in her throat. It was annoying to do so but to have her daughter dashing off again would be even more so.
The gold finally located the two babies and shook her head in imitation of a human habit. Silly, silly babies. She didn't make her opinion known though. She only slowly approached Faolask, the hum still going until she was right beside the baby. Nudging her with a nose gently, the gold informed the green that it was alright to move again. Though it was meant to be comforting, there was a slightly haughty presence in Eikask that made it a little less sincere. But still...she tried?
Once Nyssk brought the last wayward one back, they could resume their lesson, the gold informed those who had followed her and those she'd found. Their lovely mother had just given quite a good demonstration, had she not?

Zemask nipped at Hinsesk playfully as the other Brown pulled up next to him, greeting the male happily. He was fine, he just didn't know why everyone was wondering off and getting scared. The Brown fluttered his wings in a sort of shrug. How was Hinsesk? Was he enjoying the lesson too? The night was so nice, it would be nicer if they had theirs with them, but still... the sky was clear and the area was safe. Everyone should be enjoying the walk, even having fun if their personalities allowed.
Reaching out to Zemask, Zemaren put his hands behind his head and stretched. His Wher was pretty much the same as before. Calm, happy, walking. A few moments later the resonance between them clashed like differently toned bells, the Gold's howl affecting them differently. For the Wher, it meant power and safety, while on the other hand it made the Harper jump slightly. Soothing out the disjointed feelings, Zemaren reestablished contact with his Wher, who greeted him as warmly as ever. Though there was a bit of confusion as to why the young man had suddenly disappeared from his mind. That was addressed and put aside quickly. Sometimes, Zemask's simplicity was a blessing. Mainly because the Brown accepted just about everything that he said. Glancing at Hinsero when he mentioned Zemask, he nodded slightly, confirming the other Brownhandler's statement. Though not really caring whether or not his acknowledgment was seen. This whole thing was rather boring and he would rather get it done and over with. He sighed, listening to his Wher and his thoughts about fireflies as he waited for the lesson to start up again. They probably didn't taste good...
