kitchens; The kitchens are the most chaotic part of the weyr. Food is constantly being cooked for the hundreds of people that live in the weyr. Food is temptingly left out to cool but the kitchen staff guard it zealously. During off-meal times people are welcome to enter the kitchen and cook for themselves or ask nicely (read: beg) for food. |

dining hall; A long hall that is large enough to contain the entire human population of the weyr, and then some, if needed. The Dining Hall will be the place of all Feasts and gatherings. The dining hall is quite literally never empty even when it isn't meal time for the majority of the weyr. |

weyrfolk apartments; The weyrfolk apartments are nothing less than a sprawling mess of homes set off the third ring of the weyr. While Selenitas is known for being a labyrinth if you don't know it, the weyrfolk apartments are an entirely different beast. Even weyrfolk who have lived there for turns still get lost on occasion! |

creche; Debatably one of the most brightly colored rooms in the Weyr, the creche houses the multitude of children of the Weyr when their parents either can't or won't look after them. This is one of the noisiest parts of the weyr. |
