Kisha can have ‘mandyrs?
Name: Imp Species: salamandyr Colour: 999900 for his base, no codes for his markings so just make them up as you go along.
Description: Quite eye-catching indeed, this little bronze bears an almost brindled appearance. Everything ranging from a rusty golden shade all the way down to olive drab mixes and mingles on his hide in scrumptious swirls. The colors stand out in a manner that is very noticeable, and yet he seems to have the ability to blend in and go unseen when he so wishes. In some cases, his unique hide is much more camouflaged than one might think. Whenever he flares the frill around his neck, it looks more like he’s showing off than anything else, as the colors swirl around almost in a spiral.
But even if he were the dullest shade of bronze imaginable, this little guy would still be quite handsome. He seems to be the poster-child for male salamandyrs everywhere, bearing neck and tail of perfect length. His body is well-built, sleek and slender but strong, with sturdy legs equipped with the perfect claws for climbing on just about anything he wishes to. The only imperfection to this little bronze is that his wings seem to be abnormally large. They will always be this way, but on the bright side they aren’t too large for him to carry, and it will mean extra air-time in the long run.
Name: Flash Species: salamandyr Colour: Base B0E0E6 Stripes E6E8FA
Description: Medium in size for a blue he is not the biggest mandyr in the clutch but nor is he the smallest. Overall he could be best described streamlined. Lithe and long he gives off a slightly serpentine appearance in fact. Nothing about him is thick but nor could he be described as skeletal he’s by no means bony. Yes serpentine fits him well as an overall descriptive word. This legs are short and easily curled up underneath his body and although he is no longer than your average mandyr he certainly gives off the appearance that he is. Such short legs however make him a bit slower than most mandyrs on the ground. Not that he cares. He’s most often clinging anyway. His tail is of normal length for a mandyr but a bit thicker than average. Short broad wings set upon his back are of little use for much flying or gliding but they make excellent appendages for his favorite activity. Swimming. Like the rest of the clutch he also lacks a frill. Instead sporting bony tines in a ring around his head. Unlike some of his sibling’s his frill spines are actually a tad longer than average and the tips of them are barbed.
His hide is a soft powder blue color. Not a bright or flashy shade by any means. The color is basically uniform all over except when you get to his wing membranes were it lightens to almost transparency. Although his base color sure isn’t really much to look at his accents are. Small silver flecks are present throughout this mandyrs hide. The flecking is near unnoticeable until he steps into the light where it actually gives off a flash when he moves. Eventually he will grow adept at moving to create these flashes of light whenever he wants. Either to attract something closer or possibly distract it for his own escape. The only place the silver can be seen well is on his tail where the same banding his siblings sport is also present on his own hide. Thick silver bands run the length of his tail from base to tip. Making his tail an excellent distraction tool when such is needed.
Name: Wit Colour: Base: 1B3F8B Stripes: 9370DB
Description: This male is on the larger size of the blue size spectrum. Not nearly as large as even a small brown but large enough to outsize most normal blues. Although in length he certainly isn’t impressive in girth he is. He’s downright tubby. In fact calling him fat wouldn’t be a gross overstatement at all. Every part of him is large and thick covered by a layer of fat. His bonded may want to try and get him to exercise a bit to lower his weight. He’ll never be what you would call skinny though. Nope in fact he’ll always be pleasantly plump. He sports overlarge wings that seem to hold no function other than to soak up sun when he’s lazing about. Oh they might work if he ever had to use them but why should he have to use them? Should he ever be tossed off a ledge or treetop however his can take comfort in the fact that the huge wings this blue inherited from his mother can, at the very least, be used as a parachute. Behind his head he sports the same thick spines his siblings do. However he seems to be given the gift of a membrane spanning the tines. However the membrane is only present to about halfway up each tine giving him a half frill.
His hide is a bright and shiny royal blue that darkens from his head to his rump where the color almost appears black. His frill and wing membranes are completely a soft lavender color and speckles of the same shade are dispersed in various clumps all over his body. His tail is rather short actually and thick bearing lavender rings from base to tip like the rest of his siblings. Overall if he isn’t exactly ideal in body tone at least his coloration is interesting?
Name: The Devil Species: Salamandyr Colour: 9EFFC5
Description: This green is actually on the large side, and, as if to make up for her dismal lack of intelligence, is actually extremely well-proportioned. Her body is not slim, though; this female is actually very muscular, giving her a rather thick look. While this may have marked her out as being odd-looking given that it limits her maneuverability and speed greatly, her entire body seems to be made to fit, from long, strong legs that can carry her with reasonable speeds – certainly nobody’s going to be calling this female slow – to a tail that’s quite thick, but very long to make up for it and almost prehensile. She’ll be able to use it to pick things up, swing from fingers and wrists using it, and snap it like a whip if she so desires. Her head is slightly on the large side, though with large liquid eyes to make up for it, and a snub nose that some will consider cute and others consider ugly – beauty is, after all, in the eye of the beholder. Her wings, however, are huge: Easily large enough to have her gliding or even flying if she manages to figure out how to use the winds to her advantage (unlikely).
In color, this green is stunningly pale. Her hide is mint green, a matte color so bright and so pale at the same time that it can be blinding and makes it hard to see where each part of her ends and the next begins, for even shadows and highlights on her hide are negligible. Fortunately, a drizzle of darker green runs down her back – and very dark, it is. It borderlines black, standing out sharply from her hide. It looks honestly as if someone’s dropped a black thread along her back, for it twists from side to side, never running straight down her spine, or settling until it fades back into her original pale mint shade halfway down her long tail. Always the line is crisp and it’s possible to find an exact place where it starts; only the end fades at all. Her frill, however, which is quite large and will look quite impressive when displayed, does fade: From her original color that extends outwards, the color turns about halfway out darker and darker until it hits the very edges of her frill, which are almost pitch black.

HAI!
Here are some firelizards to pixel in your bored times.
Name Eyesore Color Blue #08FFFC #04002A #ADC8D1 #0000EA
Physical Appearance
Even for a blue, this little fellow is tiny. Very, very tiny. His wingspan is about the size of an average green's, if he stretches as much as he possibly can, and his wings are cut slender, like he's flying on two razors. These trim sails allow for him to turn very quickly, but prevent him from the long, drawn out flights of larger blues and the bigger colors in general; thus, his stamina is actually very low. His speed, on the other hand, is deadly, most often emphasized by how fast he darts around. His body is small and compact, pure muscle but on the bulky side, leading toward powerful, quick bursts of speed like a flash of color before one's eyes rather than a creature identifiable as a firelizard. His legs are small for his body, somewhat scrunched up, but not unattractively so, while his tail is actually quite long and more like a salamandyr's than his own species. At a glance, he has a comical look, bizarre angles with sharp ridges up his back and ridiculously sharp and long claws, but only a fool would mistake him for helpless. Small doesn't necessarily mean weak.
Dangerous creatures often have bright colors in nature, to ward off predators; this little blue is a classic example of such coloration. His hide is a very vibrant, almost shocking aquamarine, visible even in the darkest rooms. However, it's far from purely one color; no, nothing so simple as that. Down his back are jagged, darker blue shades like diamond patterns, moving all around his back ridges before spreading out to color the bone structure of his wings on both the inside and the outside; this shade of blue is closer to navy. The insides of these markings is an entirely different shade of blue as well, coming to a pale powdery shade sure to catch second and third glances. The same hue spills down around his feet, except where his claws connect, where the dark navy lines - drawing emphasis to them, and leaving no question to just how deadly those claws could be. Royal blue is splashed on as accent, as if he was rolled in some kind of fruit juice; the marks seem to drip down the sides of his neck and over his tail, like a liquid finish. He's definitely vibrant.
Name Mojo Color Bronze #383700
A very large creature, this bronze firelizard will very easily match, if not surpass, the smaller golds, in length, not including his tail – though his tail would definitely clinch the matter, if his long body had not before, for his tail is almost ridiculously long and can serve almost as a prehensile limb, capable of curling quite easily around things. On any other firelizard, his tail might have looked rather ridiculous due to its length, but this bronze’s body seems to somehow fit the length of his tail: Along with being long, he has a very slender, sinuous body; very distinctly feline-like is his body, with muscles rippling just under his hide, without making him look bulky in the least, and a distinctly predatory way of moving, his body twisting with each step to show off every muscle. His strength is emphasized by very long, wide wings that will carry him with incredible ease, and even allow him complicated aerial maneuvers usually limited to smaller firelizards.
Very, very dark is his hide, to the point of being easily mistaken for black, though the bronze highlights to his hide, along with his size and musculature, make it clear that he is a bronze. The highlights along his hide are not limited to a particular shade of bronze; rather, it seems as if a rainbow of bronzes was overlaid with black, for red, orange, and a mossy color, as well as a bronze so light as to appear gold, and a flash that looks more brown than bronze, are all visible on his hide from the right angles. It would have been incredibly easy for this bronze to all but disappear in the shadows – had it not been for the stripes: streaks of a golden-bronze, dark, but not nearly dark enough to blend with the rest of his hide, sprawl over his wing membranes, looking very much like the stripes of a tabby feline: Fortunately for him (whenever he wants to hide, that is) these can be more or less hidden when he completely furls his wings.
Name Slainte Color Blue ~ Base color 000066 Speckles 00FFFF
This flit is remarkably large for a blue firelizard. He’ll measure nose to tail the same length as an average brown firelizard, although he is by no means as muscular as one. This isn’t to say he’s sickly thin though. Nope not at all. Instead he is long and lithe, having a shape more resembling a flying serpent than a firelizard. A pretty triangular head is set on an abnormally long neck. His body his also very thin and actually gives the appearance of being shorter than normal. However it is anything but. The illusion that it is comes from the fact that his neck and tail are so long. In fact the blue’s tail is so long that looks more like it belongs on a mandyr more than a flit. He will be extremely fond of curling this tail around things to anchor himself. His wings are long and wide allowing him great maneuverability in the air. In fact this little guy is quite fond of showing off his aerial prowess and with his thin and whippy body he is able to twist himself into all sorts of interesting shapes as well as perform tricks a flitter his size rightly shouldn’t be able to.
In coloration he is actually rather pretty. Perhaps to make up for the fact that his body is a tad odd shaped. All over he is a rather dark pretty blue, the color almost looking iridescent in direct sunlight. A lighter almost electric sky blue shade solidly colors just his underbelly and appears in speckles all over the rest of his body breaking up the uniform dark blue. A spattering of the small bright blue dots across his muzzle also almost gives him the appearance of having freckles. The light blue speckles seem to follow no particular symmetry or pattern. They just appear in random clusters and volumes all over his body. As if someone had used a paintbrush to flick bright blue paint over him.

Ruby, Just finished M'gnum's profile tonight... er, this morning. Figured I'd post here and at least give you a head start on adding him to my sig. As mentioned when I first started him, I was planning on having this as his picture. I'll get you his dragon's info for pixelling ASAP, but figured I could at least post up what I had to get you started. Thanks mucho. EDIT: For Higginth's pixel base, use this, and use the fifth body down, top head (forward-thrusting one), first tail in the row, and third wings over. I'll get you color info soon. This is Ruby editing in the info you PM'd me so it is all in one place...Base color: 2E3800 , Speckles: 336B25 , Dusting and Band: 8B7500Appearance:Higginth isn’t the largest bronze out there, but nor is he the smallest. The bronze falls into the average size category for his color, and maxes out at 35 feet. However, he does give off the illusion of being bigger then he actually is due to the fact that most of his size comes from his length. His neck and tail are just slightly longer then average, though this doesn’t mean he looks feminine. No, this male is quite masculine-looking, with a strong jaw, and a rather boxy-looking head. There is not much tapering or elegance to his muzzle at all, instead being rather blunt. His body is packed with thick muscle, and if nothing else he certainly does look imposing. Upon his back are rather large and wide wings. They give him excellent endurance; however, his thick build and large wings render him quite lacking in the agility category. Not that he minds... after all, what would he need agility for? All in all, this bronze seems to have been built for the endurance required for fighting Thread. He makes an excellent weapon against the deadly silver spores. His hide is a greenish-bronze shade, like those of some of the bronzes of legend. The metallic shine that reflects off him in the sunlight also contains this slightly greenish cast. All across his back, and the backs of his wings, are scattered greenish flecks that look a lot like the oxidation you can find on copper and bronze statues on occasion. The only other marking this male sports is an antique gold dusting on his haunches, and a band of the same color around his left forelimb.
