Stormwrought Gather Stalls
Brought to you by Southern Hold!
The most distinct thing that the average viewer would notice about this Gather is that all of the stalls look ‘demolished.’ This is fabricated – deliberately have leaves been put across the netted tops, and the wood has been treated to resemble water logging to create an overall effect of a distressed beach following a sea storm. The entire Gather takes place near to the beach to accommodate this and the Holders have even taken the time to scatter shells and broken rock fragments for effect. The Gather stalls are set up with even pathways for people to traverse, and there are numerous huge rock slabs for dragons to lounge on at the beach itself – obviously, Southern has taken putting this Gather together very seriously.

Weapons & Defense Stall
Set up on several weathered tables, this is one of the larger ones at the Southern Gather – and for good reason: it’s maintained by northern Smiths, as evidenced by the unique array of goods that they offer. The actual stall smells faintly of metal polish and is shaded by a large leafy net with just enough holes for sunlight to glimmer off of metal blades.

Toy Stall
At the top of a small dais that you have to climb a net to get to - or take the stairs if you happen to be the lazy adultish type - further nets are set up with sea kelp and leaves wound through them to provide shade and keep little ones from falling off the platform. Barrels have been set up with planks on top, so that the wares sit at about mid-thigh height with several others hanging in the nets behind the vendors.

Stonecrafter Stall
Large primarily due to the size of the objects being sold, this is a unique stall, having been put together following the reconstruction of Selenitas. Most of the objects sold here are original and all are Journeyman created. The stall itself is spread over three different tables, half covered, half not, and some of the inventory rests on the ground on top of skins to protect it. A big sign reads ‘YOU BREAK, YOU BUY’ near the front.

Jewelry Stall
Set out on the rocks in the middle of a standing pool of clear water, a small forge has been constructed of rocks just above the water line. All the wares are laid out over flat, white rocks on supple, soft cotton, and a man has been employed as extra security, dressed like a pirate to enhance the theme while he glares sternly at any approaching customers. (Fortunately the stall owners are pretty, female, and very friendly.)

Mystery Eggs
An extremely small stall, this one literally is just one table, shaded from view, with assorted bowls laid out across the top. Each bowl has heated sands within to keep an assortment of eggs warm. Signs mark each of the bowls as ‘Avian’, ‘Firelizard’ and ‘No clue’ and little price tags make it clear how much each of the eggs are. A big notice reads ‘LIMIT ONE PER CUSTOMER’ on the side of the table.

Healer Stall
This stall is unique in regards to design. The tables are actually leatherbound metal-clasped trunks with extra stock inside, while the entire stall is shaded by the fact that it's set within what looks to be a giant rowboat turned vertical, half-submerged into the sand: it's definitely interesting. The lighting is just prominent enough to make everything easily spotted, and it smells faintly of herbs and spices that carries all around the Gather.

Weaver Stall
Easily one of the most colorful stalls at the Gather, the Weaving stall looks like a child’s fortress – blankets make up the walls and the ‘roof’, so that it distinctly resembles a large tent. Half-finished weavings linger on looms in the back, while completed blankets and clothing rest on the tables and on hangers to draw attention to them. The ground is covered in blankets that very distinctly resemble leaves, just to match the theme of the Gather.

Starcrafter Stall
This stall is closer to the shore than most and is, quite literally, built into the hull of a nearly demolished ship. The side of the ship has been broken out to make the different tables visible, and the glows inside are dying – so it’s relatively difficult to see. The assorted merchandise is spread out over the top of tables, and the stall has thick smoke hanging in the air – smelling sweetly of apples from burning incense. The floor has black velvet to make walking more comfortable and most of the tables are covered in the material as well.

Glasscrafter's Stall
Four rough-hewn beams, planted securely in the earth, mark the outlines of this stall. Draped over a driftwood ceiling and falling in great loops to form three walls is an old and battered fishing net, spangled with decorative glass balls meant to imitate the floaters used to keep drag nets afloat. Split logs stacked in a solid but haphazard fashion are bedecked with glass objects for sale of every shape and size, and the hull of a broken boat serves as a workbench. Twin bronze firelizards twining through the netting and watching for thieves, combined with a glass bowl of crushed firestone, promise demonstrations of worked glass – and perhaps custom pieces… for a price, of course. Their master, Glasscrafter Kevveldur may be easy on the eyes – but his wares are not as easy on the purse!

Trinket Stall
An odd conglomeration of tables makes up the Trinket Stall and it is easily one of the strangest to behold. From tables that come up to a person’s chest to some that require kneeling down to look at the merchandise, no two are the same. Each is covered in fabric but the fabric is all different colors and materials, some frayed at the ends and some laced. The stall is ‘lit’ by candles inside of colored glass casings, giving it an odd rainbow glow that makes it stand out at the Gather. Completing the look are crushed twigs and branches of debris around the ground – like maybe the building for the ‘store’ was blown away.
