It was important, Showoff decided, that all of the salamandyrs meet. For that reason, he'd "put the word out" which in salamandyr language translated to chanting "Come, come!" and flashing images to every salamandyr who would listen. He'd gone through all the mandyrs in the weyr that morning while most of the inhabitants were sleeping. He left Dunghead-his with the drooling stupid and escaped up toward the rider weyrs, where the overgrown and ugly fake-Dael (translation: Aslath) slept, then found his way to a meeting room he'd once seen the ugly green thing's (translation: Ophelie's) go to. If the ugly green thing's and Stupid's went there, then that meant it was a place of much importance. Showoff thought the meeting very important... though whether anyone would actually agree with him or not was irrelevant: he fully intended to steal the Weyrleaders' conference chamber for himself and the other salamandyrs, and the head of the table was his designated spot.

Slinking into the room, the little red-bronze salamandyr climbed up the back of the largest chair at the table and perched at the top. He stood on his hind legs, while his forelegs rested right in front of him, and his eyes whirled. He fully expected other salamandyrs to show, and there were dozens of chairs for them to perch on surrounding the table. Any casual viewer would likely find the incident disturbing, for a cluster of the little devious nuisances all sitting together 'conferencing' could mean nothing good for the riders of the weyr, but they were not invited. Showoff was careful (at least, for Showoff) and made sure only to invite other salamandyrs. And he trusted that if anything tried to tattle on them (read: firelizards) then they would be dealt with accordingly, via tooth and claw. He had a contingency plan for anything that could come up, and he was ready to get the ball rolling.

Stirring from the other room made him duck his head, but no one entered. Showoff made a low purring noise and watched the entrance. It was mid morning, and doubtlessly people would begin milling about. No one would come to his super-secret and super-important room, though, of that he had no doubt. He'd taken precautions.

In the kitchens, people would find that the sugar, flour and grains were spread all across the floor in a rather spectacular mess. Wine was dropped on top of them to add scent and stickiness that would surely draw attention to it any time someone stepped into the kitchens themselves, and to make sure that the two-legged stupids stayed busy, Showoff then grabbed several pairs of underwear throughout the night, all belonging to key figures in the weyr, and carried them down to the main hall. Currently, there were several pairs of unmentionables strung out on the floor of the main hall as if the ranking riders of the Weyr and one unfortunate candidate (who he had no idea was, but struck him as appropriate to torment) all decided to have a little bit too much fun together. He was careful, he was devious, and anyone who could interrupt his meeting would be distracted trying to clean up his mess.

All was going according to plan, and what he needed was his audience...

Star stirred from her hiding place inside G'tor's messy dresser. With her white color, she blended perfectly with the pile of white shirts and underwear. As she poke her head out, only one thing was on her mind: food. She could hear Showoff's summons clearly, but he could wait. Food was more important than anything. With a little jump and a glide, she landed on the bed next. Hers was alseep, as was the brown mountain he spent so much time with. Star didn't like having to share hers, but she was growing used to it. With him asleep though, who would fetch her food? She would just have to find her own.

Recalling vividly the piles of food in the kitchen last time she had been there, she flapped her over sized wings and concentrated on the image. Then she popped onto the kitchen table where bowls of meat cut for the morning's breakfast were all set out and waiting for her. The humans were even busy with a mess all over the floor so no one was watching. How convenient! Star gorged on the meat voraciously until her plump belly swelled to nearly twice it's size.

Finally satisfied, for the moment, she gave thought to Showoff's demand for her presence. She supposed she would go and see what was so important. At least until hers woke up and was ready for a second breakfast. Slow and full of food, she barely managed to flap off using the height of the table to help. After another jump between, she flopped onto one of the chairs in the conference room. Two jumps in such a short time was really too much for the little salamandyr. Curling her long tail around the chair, she settled herself to sleep off her breakfast. The others would wake her if this was truly important.

The day had not started off well for Stupid's human, a fact that amused the brown hugely, considering that he was sulking because he'd been locked in T'rid's trunk when both Anemith and Dasmonth had Risen. In fact, His had completely disregarded the 'mandyr after turning a very interesting shade of green upon entering the Main Hall, turned around, and walked right back out again, presumably somewhere isolated. Which left Stupid feeling immensely curious as to why he had been so afflicted by the sight of several pairs of...ahem, undergarments. After all, he had his own thrown haphazardly across his own weyr; what was wrong? Maybe they were special somehow, though Stupid could have sworn that for the brief moment he'd glimped them that he recognized a few as belonging to T'ridhis (who had no intention of ever claiming them). How very funny...

So the little brown had found himself back at his mindpet's weyr, wondering what exactly he ought to be doing next. Perhaps Amith would like his company again - ? She'd been so lovely the last time that the bronze - bronze! The thought brought back a memory, and Stupid flicked his tail, trying to recall exactly what had been triggered. Oh, yes. The word 'come,' repeated over and over like some obsessive rant, and images. Of? Of the conference room, where His went. He wasn't allowed in there, technically, but nobody cared if he hid in His' shirt pocket or his boot and stayed there, so he'd gone a few times. Nobody had mentioned his precense yet; and if they registered the fact that the Weyrleader had a Salamandyr eyeballing them all, they hadn't shown any outward sign of it.

Really, he shouldn't go. He should probably curl up somewhere sunny and wait for His to come back and then they could go get some food, and - but - oh, what if he missed something? Amith - conference - waiting - Amith - conference - waiting - conference. Conference room won out, and Stupid slid out of the weyr again, heading towards the room in question as he skittered along the wall to avoid anybody walking down the hallways (no need to be squashed!), but, surprisingly, there were very few Riders. Maybe they were all going funny colors and going to isolated places, too, because of the Main Hall? Stupid huffed softly, both amused and confused by His' interesting reaction, and poked his head into the conference room, announcing his arrival with a loud warble.

Wait a minute!

That was his seat! Stupid reared onto his hind legs, eyes bright as he cocked his head at Showoff, frilling slightly as his forelegs were clasped against his chest, a confused trill slipping from his throat. That was his seat. (More accurately, that was T'rid's seat, but Stupid sat there, too. So it was his.) But Showoff was bronze, and he supposed he had organized the meeting, so Stupid dropped back onto all fours, choosing the seat at Showoff's righthand side and completely disregarding the chair in favor of the table itself, plopping himself there and flaring pseudo wings cheerfully as he peeped curiously at Showoff. Why? came his demand - short and sweet, albeit a bit rude.

Vanity yawned and hissed at having her beauty sleep interrupted. After a luxurious cat-like stretch she skittered over to the mirror and frilled, inspecting her hide thoroughly. Finding it flawless she decided she had better see what all the fuss was about. A meeting meant a group, which in turn meant attention. The small green mander flattened out and skittered out onto the ledge pausing to regard Kaaoloth’s snoring form. She hissed at him in passing and leapt onto the rock face to skitter up it towards the meeting room.

Bypassing Aslath she struck a pose in front of her couch. Ugly Goldy me pretty. Her mind voice purred as she hitailed it to the meeting room. Once there she clambered up onto the table and frilled. She locked eyes with Showoff. Yes he was looking at her good. Vanity come. You call? She skittered to the chair at the bronze's left and scampered to the back of the chair perching where anyone entering could admire her. She hissed at the white. Why was it sleeping? It should be paying attention…to her.

If Rinnel even noticed Boom’s absence, he honestly did not care.

First of all, Risk was definitely not thrilled with the addition of another female to her’s life. She often tried to eat the little ‘mandyr, but either Rinnel or Boom’s pointy spines saved her life many times. And in retaliation Boom would shout constantly at the wher from places where her bulking figure could not reach, sending Risk into a sulking fit. Perhaps things would have been better between the two if Boom had not attacked her for being so ugly the first time they met. Plus, the little monster had a bad habit of waking him up during the day, screaming obscenities at him for not being awake when he was suppose to. And during the night she would dream-maul him, which is like sleep walking only much more violent. Needless to say, when Rinnel’s sleep went uninterrupted for the first time in a week, he didn’t question it.

Boom’s journey to Showoff’s meeting room was much less notable, relatively. Oh, certainly she met many unusually flustered figures bustling about, which would usually spell certain doom for a ‘mandyr of her size. But she cleared herself a path by fanning her prickly frill and shouting, Boom NOW! to anyone in her path. She wasn’t possessing them, oh no. They were not good enough for some obscure reason or another, and that angered her. She was telling them to explode. And if any of them did not face her wrath appropriately and failed to explode (which was all of them), then they quickly received a jagged bite, slash or tear on the nearest patch of unguarded skin.

Finally the green showed up at the right spot, her various weapons coated with a suspicious red liquid. She inspected the room with her whirling scarlet eyes, but found little to be angry at. That angered her. GOODSPOT TOO GOOD. Boom shrilled as she scuttled up a chair leg near the front, frill extended and tail lashing, GOOD NOTGOOD. BAD. BADBADBAD! She bared her fangs and hissed at Showoff, preparing to launch herself at her father once more.

But the sight of a unfamiliar ‘mandyr stopped her. There were worms she did not know? That thought angered her! But it must not be true. The green wracked her tiny brain for information, her anger level dropping down to a mild orange of the eyes. Ugh, she gave up. Hunched over like a gargoyle, she slowly whipped her tail about and growled at the bronze, What want? This had better be good…

Freckle had been hesitant to sneak away from Hers when the call came for the Weyr's salamandyrs to assemble. After all, somebody had to be there to remind Saeo's roommates that every moment they spent near her was a moment too long. The hour was still early though, and so the green fancied that if she hurried quickly enough she would be able to go and be back in time to shriek at Raylin when she awoke.

While the various staircases that separated her from the conference room provided an element of difficulty for the ungainly little thing, she eventually managed to claw her way to the top floor.

She announced, attempting to strut her way into the conference room with her head held high. She only made it a few steps before a trailing wing and a slip of her foot left her sprawling on the floor. She huffed loudly, eyes flashing first yellow, then a daring orange as she surveyed the assembled 'mandyrs, waiting for one of them to laugh.

She demanded loudly of Showoff, scampering up the leg of the chair directly to his right and perching on the armrest that placed her nearest to her father and farthest from Vanity and Boom.

Pep was asleep in his favorite place, atop Lanthos' chest. When His woke, he could simply cling, and be transported to wherever His was going without the slightest bit of effort. This morning, however, something tugged at him, waking him early. Come? Come where? He'd never been to the room, the conference room. There was some vague sense of directing through the summons, but Pep wanted to ignore it. He was still asleep.. that's right. He closed his eyes, wrapping his tail about himself. His would wake soon, and they'd be off together, rather than Pep traversing all those halls on his own.

Pep heard a few people passing in the hall outside the candidate barracks, and he flicked his tail a bit. Come, come. He snorted, and finally unwound himself, sliding down the rise of His' chest to the bed, and sliding off that to the floor with a slight 'plop' sound, his spread wings taking some of the velocity out of his fall. Dragging himself to his feet, he meandered over to the open doorway, eyes tinged with green as he peered out for his intended prey. The incoming sound of footsteps heralded a drudge on his way to the kitchens, muttering something about a horrible mess, a bunch of towels clutched in his hand.

Taking a flying leap at just the right moment, Pep latched onto the towels, sinking his claws in to keep him there. Such a clever Pep. He preened to himself, his tail swinging idly below as the drudge walked towards the kitchens in the main hall, unaware of his passenger. When the man turned away from Pep's objective, he released his hold, landing on the floor and slithering out of immediate smashing distance from his human ferry. Needing another ride, he watched for a moment until another human passed, this one carrying nothing he could catch hold of. Oh well, that loose hide on his legs certainly would be easy to hold onto.

A second jump landed Pep on the man's calf. Hardly a small blue, the man noticed the sudden weight and pain of prickling claws in his leg, and looked down to yell loudly at the creature attacking him. It was Pep's luck that the man ran frantically in the direction he wanted to go, making annoying noises all the while. Such a stupid human thing. Nothing like His.

Flaring his wings a moment later, Pep let the wind of their passage fill the membranes, pulling him up for a moment before he dropped noiselessly from the man's now bleeding leg, and watched in amusement as he went screaming down the hall. Snorting another stupid human thought, he moved of his own volition into the conference room, interested to see that others were there, including Star.

Showing some energy, Pep climbed agilely up one of the chairs and scuttled across the table to claim the chair next to the white salamandyr. Prettypretty.
He then eyed the congregation already gathered. He was rather curious why they were here. Why? Whywhywhy? Here?

Imp moved down the corridors at a confident stride, nimbly moving aside when the huge feet of humans threatened to crush him, or when curious children tried to scoop him up and return him to His. Imp did not want to be returned, why couldn’t those human-babies understand that? No he had left His curled up and twitching in her sleep, and was glad to do so, His was getting very touchy at the moment, and jealous too. Every time he chased some pretty winged one she went into positive fits of rage. Maybe she was close to Running, that always made females strange.

Imp hopped from stair to stair without apparent effort and strode into the conference room. Here now. He announced, climbing the table leg, the others could perch on chairs if they wished, he would sit comfortably on the tabletop. Why call? he inquire of Showoff as he settled down on the table.


Come, come Trick repeated to himself as he stepped along the corridor in time to his thoughts. Come, come, comecomecome come. The brown salamandyr chanted the word as he ran along the edges of the walls. He eyed those who were already about with regret. No time to do tricks for them this morning, and they did so love to see his tricks. Oh they would be sad now that there was no Trick to entertain them. Nevermind, go see what Showoff wanted so badly, come back, show everyone new trick and make them happy again. Yes indeed, they were going to love his new trick.

Hello strange, strange hello. Trick cheerfully greeted the other salamandyrs as he pranced into the conference room. Looking around Trick climbed up the table leg. New trick. Looklook! He called for attention as he reached the table top. It was nice of Showoff to call everyone to see his trick. Trick lay on the table, rolled over on his back with his claws in the air like Hisspit did and batted at imaginary things with his forefeet before rolling baack to his feet again and looking around expectantly. Nice Trick? He suggested mildly when no immediate praise was forthcoming. Good trick, smart trick, Clever Trick?

Whoever had strung some of PrettyHis's undergarments in the main hall was going to pay, and he had a rather good idea of who had done this. Prettyhis had turned a neon red when she had walked into the yumyum area and found her stuff there. It made her feel bad, and no one was aloud to do that to Kaegan. Flicking his stubby wings in annoyance, Dash looked up from his resting place as the general call to come flitted through his head. He didn't want to leave his PrettyBeautiful with stupidbronzeflyer, but never before had he been summoned to something. Huffing as he lept off of his perch, the rather large Brown Mandyr landed on the floor before scurrying away, fully intending to bring up this matter with Showoff when he arrived.

Appearing in the Weyrleader's conference chamber, after taking a while to get there since he didn't make stupidbronzeflyer to bring him, in a fit of chattering rage, Dash landed on a seat close to Showoff (the one Kaegan usually sat in), chattering quickly and angrily about what he had done. Why Prettymines?! Not nice! Someone else you pick should have! Snorting as he sat back on his haunches, the Big Brown tried his best to calm down, remembering PrettyHis had told him to be nicer. Sorrysorry. What Showoff want? I left PrettyBeautiful, for what want.

Ohhh. Showoff did nice. Nuisance whole heartedly approved of the trick that the Bronzey had played on the humans, even Angryhis laughed in private over what he heard and saw. Very clever, very clever, even better than what he had ever done. If the Bronze one needed someone to help steal things, Nuisance would gladly offer up assistance to him. Such a good trick was due to be rewarded with some respect. Snorting at his Mine as he bounced out the window, the shadowy Blue glided for a moment before dropping onto a tree. Leaping and bounding until he found a human to land on, Nuisance stratigically placed himself and waited until the human carried him closer to where he neeed to go. It took five human changes and a ride on a cat to get close to the room, leaping off of the feline before scurrying up the stairs and hopping into the air, gliding until he was above the table in the conference room.

Attaching himself onto the top of a seat as Trick was preforming, Nuisance hissed and sat down before snorting at the silly Mandyr. Quietquiet. Care no one does! Looking over to the Bronze at the very end of the table, the Blue Mandyr continued. Nuisance comecome. Trouble, very goodgood. For Why here?

They were arriving. Good good! Showoff flared his frill in excitement. Most salamandyrs only displayed when they were angry or frightened but Showoff was a vain creature and his name was very aptly suited; he liked being the center of attention so much that he'd do pretty much anything to acquire that position. His frill was lovely, in his opinion, and he did not hesitate one bit to show it off in hopes that everyone would notice just how handsome he was and admire... from afar, of course! He was Dael's!

Skittering along the back of the chair, he watched the first arrivals. The little white non-talky thingy and then the broken brown that didn't have sense enough to chase another 'mandyr proper were the first two to arrive, and though he visibly twitched, he made no effort to acknowledge them... though -- that little stupid was displaying at him. He briefly considered hopping down from his spot to put Stupid in his place (his name clearly fit!) but chose not to as that required effort and he was feeling particularly lazy just then. He didn't answer the question immediately, because truthfully enough, he didn't have an answer. He was just seeing if any of them would come when he called. He didn't really have any plan in place if they actually did. The little salamandyr was quite surprised to find that any of his kind actually answered his call at all... and extremely impressed with himself. Clearly he was the best!

Think quick, thick quick! All were asking what he called them for. He rose up on his hind legs and eyed Freckle as she arrived. She was officially one of his favorites and he made a low trilling noise in her direction, only to be interrupted by a brown salamandyr rolling around the table. Frill flaring, he hissed loudly at Trick, clearly disapproving of his antics, when Dash's question reached him. Showoff growled, then replied with, StupidYours important funny you bad SILENCE. He didn't need to say more than that to make a point. He'd picked on Kaegan because she was important and it would be funny, and he didn't want to hear any lip about it! ... Besides, his main target was the bronzeriders, particularly the one that sat in the chair he was occupying, and the one with the annoying green thing he was out to destroy (which was a word he learned from his annoying giant fat green thing).

Launching himself into the air in a jump, only to land right back in his spot, Showoff shrieked to all the mandyrs, SILENCE! I 'splain. When he was sure he had their attention, he sprawled back out, curling his tail around the top of the chair for support as best he could. He was too tiny to really hang on, but he wasn't about to fall down and go splat, no no! Us get them. Them bads. Them baaaaaads. We get them. To explain what he meant, he turned and shrilly hissed in the direction of Shmee's weyr. Big shiny make boom stompstomp big stupid hurt we get them. I show main hall we get them things go BOOM. He was making it up as he went, but Showoff's plan was simple: punish those who rode shinies, at any cost... because their shinies made more of the giant shinies, and the giant shinies were bad bad bad. All could surely agree on that.

He really ought to have thought his plan through better.

Vanity hissed as the other mandyrs entered the room and all stole her attention. How dare they. She contemplated how best to make each of them pay for their momentary theft of her rightful spotlight. Showoff was taking the most of it, and a sense of envy overcame her. She hissed loudly and flared to announce her displeasure with the situation but remained seated. She was not a fool. The bronze was big and she was small. That didn’t mean she couldn’t complain however. You all. Bad, Stupid, Ugly. Look me!

Vanity flared and gave a shrill hiss. Stupid shine. Badbadbad. We make pay. She announced in a tone close to a purr, basking in the momentary attention that was hers. She strutted the length of her chair back and cast an eye on the others, making sure she still held their attention. How pay? Maul? Bite? She queried cocking her head to the left and regarding her bronze sire.

Quite frankly she was willing to do anything to get attention. Even if it was negative attention, attention was attention. So she was in. I help. She said happily. I smash, make Boom?

Stupid didn't seem to notice Showoff's reaction - or rather, lack of reaction - to his arrival, and he didn't particularly care. He wasn't here for Showoff - not really. He was here because he wanted to know exactly why he was here. After this, perhaps he ought to go back to the Main Hall, too, and see exactly what was so funny about those undergarments...some of them definitely did not belong to His, though - they looked distinctly feminine (yes, Stupid would know; he had frequent excursions into the Weyrs of green dragons, after all, and sometimes there were some drawers open that he naturally took a peep through). The brown Salamandyr took a glance around, his gaze lingering on the one 'mandyr that had arrived previous to his own arrival - a little white thing that didn't look particularly lively. Actually, she looked like she was asleep. The brown blinked curiously at her, and then, as more Salamandyrs began to arrive, he whirled on his hind legs, rearing back to eye them.

Green. Green. Yet another green. A blue who went directly to the sleeping white and started chattering away as if she was actually conscious. A bronze. And a brown, who rolled over and promptly received Showoff's wrath and a trill from Stupid - and the next brown who came in, making angry noises, also received Showoff's anger and yet another trill from Stupid, though this one was distinctly amused. How funny; usually only His growled anything in this room - but then, Showoff wasn't usually present. Then a blue. Stupid glanced at the door curiously. How many more 'mandyrs would it spit up? (And why were there no pretty greens in this room - ? There were greens; three of them, but they weren't pretty, so they didn't count as greens, really.) Stupid took another vague glance around, his gaze slipping around the room, from the door to the clear sky that was visible, as if expecting a green dragon to arrive and join the congregation.

Shriek!

Stupid jumped, his frill half-lifting in his surprise at Showoff's highly efficient method of getting their attention, and then flattened his frill again at the promise of an explanation. He was listening; no explanation was forthcoming. The bronze seemed a bit concerned, instead, with his position on the chair. Stupid's human's chair, to be precise, and the brown 'mandyr reared up again, skittering a step forward and plopping himself resolutely there, directly in front of Showoff, as the bronze began to...ahem, explain. His logic was slightly lost to Stupid, considering that His did ride a shiny, and even if His was mean sometimes (poor dragons that had had to Rise without him!) he was still Stupid's. Punish the shinies themselves, perhaps - the bronze had actually had some luck capturing those lovely, lovely greens, which had made Stupid perhaps slightly respect him, before he'd blown it all by catching the silly gold that resided in the nearby Weyr.

- WAIT! Main Hall? Showoff had done that? Stupid purred smugly, pleased at the thought of it. His plan was rather lacking in specifics, as even the silliest green 'mandyr clearly recognized, for Vanity shortly started to question Showoff's tactics. Her strutting and her questions were relatively ignored by Stupid, who was still puzzling over whether or not he wanted His to be hurt. As Vanity finished, Stupid, completely disregarding the green, dropped to all fours, skittered another step forward, and reared up again, his tail curled around his haunches as he regarded Showoff quizzically. Boom Mine? Yes...? He paused, and then added, How boom? He didn't particularly like Corinth, so that was all right, but then...T'rid was His, too. Always that sticky problem.

Valiant had heard the call. But he had taken his dear sweet time in deciding to do anything about it. He was busy hiding, after all, as was his usual... and that meant even in his usual spot. When he did finally decide to move, Dorava gave her little half-blue half-white mandyr a funny look as he crawled out of her shirt and drifted to the floor. He didn't usually come out of hiding ... especially not when he was unpainted. But ... hey. It was a positive improvement, now, wasn't it? He was doing something. So she let him. He was too shy and cautious to get into any serious trouble. And she went back to her studies.

Val crept through shadows, taking his dear sweet time in moving, scampering in a long, looping, loping stride to get to where he was going. It didn't help much that he had no idea where he was going. He'd never been there before. In time, he finally arrived at the room. Pausing at the edge of the doorway, he stood up on his back legs and looked inside. My! That was a lot of 'mandyrs! Valiant hadn't known that there were so many salamandyrs around! There were a lot of them!

Scampering shyly into the room, he wound his way up a table leg while a great deal of talking was going on by the funny red mandyr at the other end of the table. What was he going on about?? Reaching the top of the table, Val scrabbled his front feet on the surface, but found it was too smooth to get any purchase on. So he just sat there, back feet braced on the leg and front legs sprawled out across the table top. His neck arched upwards as he looked at everyone, frill trembling slightly in his nervousness.

Okay, he was here. Now what? Keep Val? the blue asked, wisely. Not that it made any sense at all to anyone besides him. His very limited vocabulary made it very hard for him to get his points across.

His position dangling off the edge of the table was okay, too ... it kept any of the other mandyrs from seeing his frighteningly pale behind. So ... yeah. All was cool. Now if he could just figure out why they were all there.

Freckle trilled with obvious pleasure as her father’s gaze came to rest on her, eyes flashing a pleasant blue-green. She posed for him, arcing her neck with as much grace as had been allotted to her.

Freckle come? Comeyes?

She cooed, attempting to apologize for her earlier shortness by offering to help him with anything he might need. It must be important -why else would he have called a meeting? Tongue lashing complete, she listened intently as she could to the plan while still devoting some of her attention to looking mysterious, dangerous and thoughtful. The only part of her body that really co-operated with the venture were here eyes, which flashed a malignant crimson.

Yesyesyes! She hissed, more than willing to draw the group’s attention in her direction. Get Bads! Freckle get greenpest Bad! She gave her tail a haphazard swish, trying -but failing- to mimic Boom’s effortlessly menacing gestures. The little glowing greenpest had a shiney rider -even if he was only a hatchling. If Showoff wanted him boomed, she’d boom him good!

Star opened a sleepy eye that melted into a happy blue to see Pep. She liked her blue sibling, especially since he had shared food. She uncurled herself from her location to hop to him and snuggled next to him. Not being able to speak, she sent her favorite image, the one of the night sky, to him as greeting.

Showoff's announcement of the plan, earned some attention before the little white grew bored. This did not seem to involve food, therefore it wasn't likely to be fun. Her G'tor did not ride a shiny anyway. Still, she was here. Perhaps it would be interesting until she was hungry again.
