Water. She loved the water. And was quite happy to have been given a job in the water! Water water, everywhere! Nris dunked herself completely, just for the fun of it. The location was not the best, for washing dragons. But she hadn't been the one to choose it. No, not at all. Instead, it had been Lilliementh that had chosen the spot. Not for the water, but for the stone. The scrawny green was passed out on a sun-bathed stone near the river. Her back half was right side up, well enough, tail curled around. But at her middle, she twisted sideways, and her shoulders were upside down, paws pointed at the sky. Her head was splayed out across the stone, chin upward to the sky.
It didn't look comfy at all ... all at the same time that Lilliementh made it look like the most comfortable way to lay. Nris had to assume that this was a result of having spent most of her life inside a cramped egg, all that sprawling. What made it look even sillier was Aslan was also zonked out, curled up in the hollow of Lilliementh's jaw, just fore of her throat. Though, he was at least curled up normally, nose snugged into his tail.
How long he would stay asleep, Nris had no idea. So, it was time to get to work washing dragons for those who couldn't. Riders injured couldn't wash thier own dragon's hides, so she and a few others were going to do it for them.
She really couldn't complain ... she loved the water, and had donned her dolphin swimming suit for the job. And Faranth knew that she greatly much prefered this job to, say ... hauling wreckage around, fishing around in the wake of destruction left behind by Benden.
Shaking her head, she waded to shore and picked up the first sack of sand. "Ok! Who's first?" She called out, of the assembled dragons waiting for a much-needed bath. "One at a time, now, and no shoving." She cautioned, just in case.
