"CONDOR! COME BACK HERE!" Leaping after the lead rope that was attached to the Sorrel's Hackamor, the Blueweyrling barely missed the green and blue threads. Picking herself up from the dust to face the Gelding, Saraina growled at both of the laughing beings. Kaegan wasn't helping the situation by laughing, and their Horse was being a sharding Ass, it wasn't a good day.
"You know. The Handsome one might like you more if you didn't yell at him."
"With all respects Weyrwoman... shut your trap if you aren't going to help me!" Faking to the left but then going straight for the Horse, the Senior Weyrling missed the Runner again and almost slammed into the fence that had been behind it. "SHARD IT! Kaegan get him!" Holding back a groan as she rubbed her knee, Sara quietly glared at the escaped Horse.
"Nope, nope, nope. This is a training exercise for you... Condor comes when I call for him, he needs to do the same for you. Anyways, he's just playing with you. I mean you do tease Him a lot..."
Glancing over at the Junior Weyrwoman with a unhappy expression, the younger Woman quietly watched the other as she kicked her feet against the wooden poles of the pasture fence. The Gelding had immediately bonded to the Goldrider, but it had been a challenge to get the Runner to respond as well to her as he would to Kaegan. Grunting as she rose from the ground, Sara wiped her dirty hands on her breaches before cracking her back. "Fine. Whatever." It was time to try a different approach, slowly inching toward the Sorrel and speaking softly, the Weyrling was able to get within a few feet of the Gelding before he pranced away.
"See there you go! Condor likes it when you don't yell."
/You should listen to the Queenrider. She speaks correctly.../ Oh be Quiet nosy.
