"Sure, he'll move. Just as soon as I mention food in his vicinity." C'oar remarked amiably. And then he grimmaced. At the word 'food', Frosstyth was instanty up on his feet and vibrating with energy to get going. "See what I mean?" C'oar asked, glumly. "He's a beast."
I am not either! I am just ... hungry!! Frosstyth protested, to both of them. Come on! Let's go eat! He insisted.
"Well ..." C'oar shrugged. "Want to ride?" He asked, of Danar. He knew his friend had his heart set on a bronze, but ... at the moment, any dragon ride was better than none. Even if said dragon wasn't old enough to fly yet.
At least Storm was quiet and gone. Though ... no telling what Storm was planning on doing with a hunk of metal.

Danar smiled at Frosstyth’s voice echoed in his head. He laughed. “Typical dragon they all seem to think with their stomach.” His smile turned to an awed look at C’oar’s suggestion. “Really? I can ride him. It won’t hurt him will it?’ As much as he would relish a ride on dragon back he didn’t want to strain the hatchling. The brown certainly looked big enough but one never knew.
He couldn’t remember when the weyrling’s were allowed to ride their dragons. Aslath’s clutch was obviously getting much bigger but surely they were not big enough to ride yet? There was all that properly developing muscles and stuff beforehand wasn’t there?

"Sure you can ride him. We'll not be doing anything strenuous, after all." C'oar replied, before jumping and vaulting atop the broad brown back before him. Settling in place, he reached an arm down toward Danar. "Come on. He's bigger than a runner... by quite a bit. He's bigger than Ebo, and Ray's been riding her around." And then adopting a slanted grin, he remarked: "I won't tell if you don't."
Frosstyth wobbled for a moment, wondering about the implication that what they were doing was wrong. And then he crouched down, to make Danar's climbing on easier. He'd seen other dragons do that, so it had to be good. And... he knew he could carry both of them ... he was a big, strong brown, after all! Frosstyth never realized that he had a slightly over inflated view of his own prowess. And probably wouldn't get that fixed for a little while yet.
Hurryhurryhurryhurryhurry. Frosstyth intoned, mind set on a nice juicy pile of meat to dive into. Fooodddd!!

Danar laughed and grasped the other boys arm before pulling himself up behind C’oar. “If you say it’s ok then I’m game. All right Fross. I’m all set and ready when you are.” The lad tightened his legs around the brown and smiled. “Let me know If I grip you to tight all right?” The candidate said stroking the warm brown hide beneath him. The dragon was a lot bigger than a runner so a short ride shouldn’t strain him right?
((You can end the thread now Teddy love <333 I call another with Storm and Hero though when your ready.))

You're not big enough to hurt me! Frosstyth announced, proudly, before taking off at a trot toward the weyr, carrying both lads atop his back. He did his best to move with all the grace he could muster, intent upon being impressive. He was big and strong, now! He was carrying not only his, but his' friend, too!! See??!
C'oar chuckled, merely, hanging onto the ridge in front of him. He had never ridden very many beasts before coming to the weyr, and non since arriving. So he was still learning how to ride his own dragon.
