Cr’oph’s boot steps echoed in the empty hallway. Head bowed he mumbled under his breath as he drew close to his destination. Shame Mavenath was still too young to fly. It would have saved him from climbing all these dreadful stairs. Bleck. Giving a few sharps knocks to the door the red head entered the weyr and tossed a full wine skin onto the wooden table in the middle of the room. “Yo Mik! I’m here.” he called out before shutting the door securely behind him. This wasn’t just a courtesy call and they both knew it. Still no sense in being anything less than pleasant.
He smiled as his twin strode towards him. Suddenly with a swift movement he seized his twin in a head lock and ruffled his hair. “What’s up baby brother? It’s been too long since I got the opportunity to make you look like a fool.” Suddenly he released his brother and smiled broadly preparing to duck the swing he knew was going to come in his direction.
I swear I will never understand your species Crymine. How is accosting your sibling a greeting? Snorting dryly the bronze stretched out on the rock he was sunning on. Please take your time discussing the other. I am very comfortable here, no need to hurry and end the abuse to your sibling. As if to illustrate his fact Mavenath yawned widely, showing off perfect gleaming teeth, before dropping his head to his forepaws and lidding his eyes. Very pleasant spring time was. Futh my friend. You should come down here and sun with me. It is very nice. The bronze remarked at his bonded’s silent bidding. There see, he could behave very well when he wanted to.
Greetings exchanged Cr’oph circled back to the main part of the weyr to sit in one of the chairs by the table. “I brought wine. You got glasses here?” Was he trying to put off conversing about Meagan? For the moment yes. It would be done eventually so why start off with such a touchy subject. Better to have semi pleasant conversation and drinks first.

M'kai was settled in for a quiet evening with Reina, scratching her itchy patches and oiling them once he had scraped off the dead skin. She had been looking particularly shiny recently, and not being new to a Weyr, M'kai had an idea about what that meant. Well, there was nothing he could do to prevent a flight, and he'd have Reina looking her best for it if it killed him. Actually, what was more likely to kill him was Reina if she were allowed to rise while not perfectly groomed, but M'kai wasn't worried. He was actually enjoying his pet for once, and he figured he'd go with it while it lasted.
All that was ruined with the knock at the door. Reina squwaked in indignation and fluttered between, no doubt to find some pretty or another that she had enslaved. Muttering, the Blueweyrling got up to answer the door, only to have it opened by none other than his mirror image. "Cry!" he exclaimed, loping into the front room. He'd kind of been expecting Cry to stop by, but hadn't thought to invite him. Stupid, but of course it didn't matter; the argument could be made that the twins were growing apart, but they still had an uncanny ability to know what the other was thinking.
M'kai struggled valiantly in the headlock, laughing. "We all know I was born first, and don't even try to deny it!" he shouted, wiggling free to throw the expected roundhouse near his brother's head. Lauging, he fetched some rough pottery mugs he'd smuggled from the kitchens. Meant for klah, they were much less breakable than wine glasses, something M'kai had discovered was important in glassware when you had kleptomaniac mindmates. "Good Benden?" he asked rhetorically. Both he and Cry were undoubtedly spoiled on good wine; M'kai couldn't stomach the harsh vintages from other areas. Pulling up an extra chair for Cry before flopping into his own, he pulled the cork on the skin to allow the wine to breathe before pouring it. "So, what's up with you?" he asked, pushing his chair back onto two legs.
Futh, sprawled on his back by the river, twitched his legs and perked up when Mavenath bespoke him. The Blue straightened and shook himself from head to tail tip, despite having chosen a totally clean patch of ground to nap on. Good afternoon, Mavenath, he greeted the younger dragon. I am on my way. How are your lessons going? he asked, lumbering into the air to spiral down to the Bronze's resting place. Picking his way daintily along the rocks, Futh finally decided on a place that was clean enough, and settled in to sun with his younger cousin.

“As if I would disgrace myself by offering anything less.” Cr’oph responded to the rhetorical question with mock irritation. It was all part of the good natured ribbing they often gave each other. He had missed it. Things where definitely different at Selenitas but it wasn’t necessarily a bad different. Leaning back much like his brother he smiled before taking the offered drink. Taking a slow sip he let the flavor roll across his tongue before setting the cup down and shrugging.
“Not much really. Lessons and such but you are almost done with those aren’t you? Lucky.” he drawled before absently flicking a strand of his hair behind his shoulder. He really should cut it but eh…he liked it to much. Jiggles emerged from his hair then to yawn and blink at M’kai. The jury was still out on what the mandyr thought about the bluerider. It looked like his but wasn’t his. It was just a tiny bit unnerving.
Idly Cr’oph plucked the mandyr from his shoulder and set him on the table. “We should be learning to fly soon. Mave is all giddy about it. He is positive he will be best in the class.” Making a face the weyrling eyed his brother and smiled. “I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting bronze. Blue yes, brown maybe, bronze no.” He fell silent then. What would their parents have thought about one of their babies impressing bronze? He wasn’t sure. Thankfully he wasn’t still at Benden when he impressed. If he had been…well things would be immensely different.
Dragging his mind from those depressing thoughts he smiled at his twin. “We should start sparing again you know. If we don’t we’ll get rusty. Next time Fort strikes we have to be ready.” Jiggles scampered across the table to scamper up M’kai’s arm. Is meatfool? Is not meatfool? Jiggles find answer. Yes. The words where offered privately to his bonded as he began his examination.
Chuckling the bronzeweyrling wiggled his eyebrows. “Watch out your being examined.” Taking another sip of the wine he looked around the weyr. Shards he couldn’t wait till he got hid own. One perk of being a bronzerider, he would get a pretty decent one.
Mavenath crooned a greeting to Futh as the blue approached. Good afternoon to you as well Futh. The bronze replied raising his head to be polite. As the blue picked his way through the rocks the younger dragon watched with interest. Oh lessons are going quite well. We will be learning to fly soon. A excited blue whirled through his green eyes. I am looking forward to it. He was to. He would be the best in the class he was sure.
Lowering his head to forepaws again he sprawled out to absorb as much of the wonderful sun as possible. Your hide is looking very shiny. The complement was intentional. Mavenath was all for getting other to like him. It made things easier. Eventually they would all belong to him. Best to be liked before that happened. Oh Futh liked him enough already, but it never hurt to strengthen that.

M'kai smiled, swirling the wine around in his mug as if he could see the color through the thick clay. He'd missed this, evenings with his brother over a cup of wine. He was pretty sure they still weren't allowed alcohol, both being Weyrlings, but as long as they were responsible about it, who would know? Savoring a sip, the Blueweyrling closed his eyes. Yes, this was the life. For now, anyway.
He was distracted by a tug on his hair. He'd been kind of zoning out what Cr'oph was saying, confident that he'd still be able to answer his brother's questions, so the Brown salamandyr on his shoulder was a surprise. M'kai had seen Reina's brother around, but had never really met the brown 'mandyr. Odd, salamandyrs were. M'kai was pretty confident he didn't want one, ever, although Jiggles did seem alright so far. M'kai picked a piece of crust off a roll on the table, and held it up in an attempt to distract the creature from his eyebrows.
"Yeah, Futh's almost all grown," M'kai said, glancing in the direction he knew his dragon was. "Although if Mave and Futh are anything like you and me, expect Mave to have plenty of trouble getting off the ground in the first place," he joked. "It took Futh a good two weeks to get off the ground, and we both know I can jump higher than you can!" As if rider abilities influenced dragon abilities in the first place. "No, I'm sure Mave will do great," he smiled, changing his tone. Sure, Blues would never be able to compete with bronzes, and Futh especially would have a hard time, but M'kai loved him none the less. "And we should definitely spar. I'm way out of shape. Heck, Megs almost..." he backed off of that one agressively. Of course they would talk about her eventually, but he couldn't just bring her up like old times anymore. Too much had changed. "I mean, I was glad I didn't actually run into any Fort riders. That could have been bad. I've been running though, I go every morning. You're welcome to join me anytime, if you're free," he offered.
Futh stretched, turning over on his back with a yawn. Yes, flying is lovely... hard, though. And between is scary, even still, he mused, rapidly drowsing again. This was his nap time, after all, and the sun was so nice. As he was drifting off, the Blue offered, I am glad you are my cousintwin, Mavnath. If Mave wanted to be liked, he was well on his way.

Cr’oph watched his pet with mild interest as he practically clambered all over his brother’s face. At least he was watching his claws. The offer of the crust was noted and the masked brown flared his wings. No. Yuck is. He commented with disdain. Very much a carnivore for being so chubby the brown was picky. Chuckling the bronzeweyrling whistled to gain the creatures attention and held up a piece of jerky fished from his breast pocket. Chirping happily Jiggles leapt from M’kai to glide to his bonded. Gripping the dried meat in his tiny fore claws he dove into Cr’oph’s coat with a belated. Yum is good. Mine good boy is.
“Hear that I’m a good boy.” The red head quipped to his twin with an eye roll. Taking another sip of wine he idly listened to his mirror image chatter. Futh was big. In more ways then one. However at six months of age it was clear that Mave was going to be huge. He would probably rival some queens for length. That thought made him smile slightly. Mavenath would be an imposing sight when full grown and he was already demonstrating a knack for leadership. A want for it. Truly it made him a bit nervous.
Pushing such thoughts from his mind for the moment Cr’oph turned back just as Meagan was brought up. Touchy subject was Megs. Seemingly very touchy. He was loathe to touch on that subject just yet however. “Sure I’ve got time in the mornings. Mavenath loves being up at the crack of dawn. It’s annoying. Especially since he gets to doze while I chore. Brat. ” A comment came to mind about Futh being able to use the exercise but he didn’t voice it. Such talk about another’s dragon, even his brothers, was a bit taboo.
Flicking his hair over his shoulder Cr’oph smiled. “So what wing do you think you’ll get assigned to? With lessons almost over I am sure the thought has crossed your mind at least in passing.” After speaking the red head took another sip of his wine and glanced in the general direction of the dragons. Lazy beasts.
Mavenath crooned low as Futh spoke to him. Between was scary? He had been between when the attack happened and although it had unnerved his bonded a bit it hadn’t bothered the bronze at all. It seemed a rather efficient way of travel in fact. He didn’t comment on such. Instead when he spoke he addressed the last words spoken by the blue. Ah I am glad you are mine as well Futh. Truthful the words where. The smaller dragon was pleasant to be around and besides, everyone had their uses Futh included. Slowly lidding his eyes the bronze allowed the sun to soothe him to sleep.

M'kai laughed at Jiggles and then made the little mental call that he used to alert Reina to treats she might want. The green popped in and swooped over M'kai's hand in a practiced motion, swallowing the crust midair and coming around to sit on his shoulder imperiously. Good pet. She looked down her snout at the dissapearing Salamandyr and sniffed. At least he knew what to leave for his queen.
"So I hear," M'kai drawled, raising an eyebrow. "I suppose if you gave me meat, I'd call you a good boy too. Although I think this wine is good enough to earn you that high rank," he said archly, savoring a little more of the wine. It really was good, full-bodied with smooth, strong tannins like many good Benden reds. Thank Faranth Selenitas had a tentative truce with Benden now, and the wine was coming through more freely. It had been scarce for a while now.
The question about wings caught M'kai off guard. "You know," he said, "I really hadn't thought about it. I mean, Futh being Futh, he'll do his job as well as he possibly can, and as long as he's not somehow in formation next to Ahth, I'm sure that'll be good enough for him, and me. Really, he even worked alright with Ahth when he had to. I don't really know any of the Bronzers, and it's not like we'll ever have to lead a Wing. Maelstrom might be nice, though- lots of eye candy there!" he added, laughing. "At least I'd have something good to look at while Futh is on the wing's trailing end!"
After only moments with his eyes shut, Futh slitted one set of lids open again, watching his 'twin'. He didn't want to bother the Bronze if he was already asleep, but if he wasn't, he had a question. Finally deciding that Mavenath wasn't all the way asleep yet, he ventured, Mavenath? When you can fly, will you fly after Queens? Futh, of course, knew that he never would, but Mavenath was going to be even bigger than he was. There had been no Bronzes in the flights Futh had participated in. Maybe they only chased Queens?

Cr’oph laughed at his twin’s comment about eye candy. “True enough. I am sure you and Futh will do well no matter where you end up.” Really M’kai had always been a hard worker. No need to worry there. As for Futh being on the tail end of a wing. Eh. Maybe the blue would slim down a little once he was subjected to wing drills. From what he heard, depending on the wing, those could be brutal. Futh would probably get in the best shape of his life. He might even be able to get off the ground easier.
Suddenly the bronzeweyrling leaned forward, putting all the chair legs on the ground. “You know I’m not really that worried about lessons. Mavenath and I do well enough. I’m worried about what is going to happen after lessons. Bronzers don’t seem to have a long lifespan here. Well unless your S’rei or Ka’rys.” The red head trailed off wrapping his fingers around the mug and staring at it as if it was the most interesting thing in the world. “I think I’ll do ok though. I wasn’t born in the south. Plus Mavenath is real intelligent. He surprises me sometimes actually with that he says. I suppose I thought young dragons where all playful and silly. He’s anything but.” Anyway now that they where on a more serious subject he decided now was as good a time as any to launch into what he came for. If he didn’t, well they would just wile the time away with idle conversation.
Frowning Cr’oph raised his head to look at his brother. Grey eyes sought the mirror ones his twin had. “Really I came here for more than idle chatter brothermine.” He smiled softly at his own joke. “Tell me something. Do you think it was a good idea to let Megs stay after she showed up? I know we couldn’t have left her at Benden but shards if I wish she would have just stayed at Blossom.” He leaned back and sighed. “I don’t like the way she follows you everywhere like a puppy either. She was never like that back then. I just think, shards I don’t know, maybe the stress of everything has finally gotten to her.” He fixed his brother with a serious gaze. Debating.
Mavenath had just about fallen asleep when Futh spoke and he half opened one eye. A small sliver of green regarded the blue beside him with interest. He rumbled quietly debating. How much could and would he tell Futh? Finally he spoke after weighing his words carefully. When I fly I will chase what keeps my interest. To be honest with you I am sure at least one of the golden ones will. Really it was a bit soon to be thinking about such.
At six months of age the bronze hadn’t quite matured yet. Oh he understood the concept of flights and such very well. His had explained it the first time the Jiggles had seen fit to run. He understood mentally yes, but emotionally he wasn’t quite there yet. Drawn from his desire to sleep the bronze decided dozing was all right. Tell me Futh. What is it like to chase? This was a topic that was slightly interesting to him. He had seen such flights going on. Watched them while they where visible but there was no emotional attachment yet. Just a quiet interest in the way the flights themselves where handled.

M'kai stayed leaning back, swirling his wine a little. Reina was still on his shoulder, happy with her subject (today at least). His brother had a legitimate point about Bronzer's life spans, but M'kai was confident. What none of those bronzes had was a twin brother. "Yeah, well, I think it's about time to add another name to that list. And I'll have your back, which is something none of those other Bronzers had. Futh might not look like a threat, but that's exactly what'll make him a good fighter, I think- no one will expect anything from him. So tap me into your wing when you get one, and we'll be all set. " He finished off his wine, and refilled both of their glasses. "Either way, I'm glad Mavenath is smart. He'll keep you safe, and you'll keep him safe. That's all that matters."
And that seemed to be that. There was a moment of silence, and M'kai pushed his hair back behind an ear. He had a feeling he knew what was coming. And... yep. There it was. Megs, of course. He released the breath he was holding, meeting his twin's eyes and then dropping them. "She doesn't just follow me, you know," he said, eyes still fixed on the floor. "She..." He lifted his gaze, all the confusion in the world packed into his blue eyes. "She kissed me, Cry. Told me she loved me, not like a sister should. I don't know what to do."
Futh shifted into a more comfortable position, keeping an eye on his Bronze. It is like... like you love to fly, but that isn't why you're doing it. The female... she makes you do it. She pulls you along, pushes you to new heights, makes you do things you did not think you could do. Sometimes, it is things that you can't do, he mused, remembering Nuoth's flight. It wasn't anything he regretted; both of the flights he'd participated in were filled with excellent competitors, dragons with much greater speed and agility than he.

True enough. He did have M’kai. It was something Cr’oph had always counted on and knew he would be able to continue to count on. Once he got his own wing, because in his mind there was no doubt he would, M’kai would be the first one he would add no doubt. Him and X’rx. His fellow weyrling was important to him as well. The red head watched as his glass was refilled and he gave a grateful smile to his brother before taking another sip. Jiggles popped his head out of the bronzeweyrling’s collar before promptly ducking back down again. Boring. No food and nothing interesting going on. Time for a nap.
Cr’oph watched with concern as his brother spoke about Meagan. Ok so this was new information. He noted the confused emotion in his twins eyes and sighed deeply and out loud. “This is what I’m talking about.” He ran a hand through his long hair as he tried to find the words he wanted to speak. “Tell me Mik. How do you feel about her? Do you see her as anything more than a sibling? Because I don’t. She’s always been my baby sister and will never be anything more. I love her yes but I don’t think she even knows what she’s doing.” He tightened his grip on the mug. “I knew this was going to happen eventually. After what happened at Benden. She was young. Megs is just a real confused girl.” M’kai should have just let him gut that bronzer.
“Did you know that she has been stripped from her candidacy? Emoyan is making her go see a mindhealer. He doesn’t want her to possibly scar a dragon if she impresses. If she passes the mindhealer’s expectations she will be allowed to stand again.” His eyes flicked to his brother’s. “I heard about Baoth’s flight. Do you think she followed you there? The clinging she is doing isn’t the sign of a healthy person Mik. You know that. If I where you I’d avoid her for awhile or tell in her your not interested.” Yes it would probably upset her but it was for the best wasn’t it? Last thing his brother needed was to get involved with his adoptive sister. It was just too weird. He took another drink and swirled the wine about the cup as he waited for his brother to comment.
Mavenath shifted and unfurled his wings to let them catch the warm rays as well. Sounds interesting. He commented as he digested the information given to him. He had a hard time believing a female could do that to him but well, time would tell. He liked his clutch siblings well enough but he couldn’t fathom them making him do anything. Leaving that thought lie, he yawned and blinked at the blue beside him. When I learn to fly we will have to practice together. I am sure there is much you can show me. Tail tip twitching he waited for Futh’s response.

"Oh, Faranth, no!" he exclaimed, "No, she's my little sister, as much as you're my brother. I love her, but that just makes it more confusing, because what she means by love and what I mean by love are very, very different, you know?" He sighed, then leaned back again as Cr'oph reminisced. M'kai remembered that day too, in vivid detail- it was him that found the broken, traumatized Megs curled up in an abandoned hall, not wanting to move. He'd carried her to her room, gotten her a blanket and gone to find a healer (against her wishes), but run into Cry instead, and spent a good hour convincing him that killing a Bronzer was a bad idea. Megs had come back to herself a little during that time, and the twins had comforted her, but M'kai knew she associated her rescue with him, not Cry. Which certainly helped her crush along.
"I think confused might be the understatement of the Pass," M'kai added ruefully. "I'm glad Emoyan's making her see a mindhealer. Maybe it's a good idea if we go see this healer too... not cause we need her, but cause we might be able to explain things Megs doesn't want to remember?" Maybe, but maybe not. Certainly the Mindhealer would ask for them if she wanted them- M'kai didn't particularly want to be psychoanalyzed if he didn't have to be. Shaking his head at that train of thought, the Blueweyrling quirked his mouth in a half-smile. "I think I just need to get laid. Not by Megs, and not by K'l-" oh wait, Cry didn't know about that either. Probably didn't need to know. "Just... by some drudge or something. Futh's old enough now, it's not gonna scar him. That'll solve everything," he laughed. Right. But it would help relieve stress.
Oh, it is, Futh assured the Bronze. There's nothing like it, not even when Mine sees a pretty two-leg female, and chases her. That is powerful too, but much more subtle. Flight is irresistible. Mavenath would learn in time, Futh was sure. He did not understand how some dragons seemed to be able to resist a female's call, but Futh couldn't. He even snuggled Reina, and she was just a little loud thing. Mavenath's discussion of flying, however, was just plain silly. Oh, I'm sure you will have much to teach me, not the other way around. I am not a good flyer, but I am trying to learn better. We should fly while ours run!

Cr’oph smiled at the tone his brother took. That’s what he thought of course, but he just had to make sure. He was actually relived to hear his brother felt the same about Megs. It made things easier. The bronzeweyrling offered just a nod in response to his brother’s first question. Yes he knew. He understood perfectly. Mik didn’t love Megs as anything other than a sister, however Megs thought she felt more for Mik. Confusing was a nice way to put it. Bah what a mess. The red head curled his hand tighter around the mug. Sharding Benden. It never seemed to leave them completely. Probably wouldn’t ever but the past was the past. What was wrought could not be unwrought. Instead they just had to go on and learn to live.
Blinking back at his sibling he made a face. “Are you suggesting we go see the mindhealer?” He drummed the table with the fingers on his other hand in thought. “I suppose we should for Megs sake.” He paused and took a sip of wine. “However I am not sticking around to be her patient. I’ll tell her our side of the story but I’m not telling her anything else.” Really it made sense for Meagan to keep stuff inside. It was totally like her. The girl who pretended she was fine but really wasn’t. That was Megs always had been.
Cr’oph chuckled when his brother spoke again a teasing light entering his eyes. “Lucky you. Mavenath is still to young for me to participate in anything of the sort.” He snorted and then debated before adding in a false sweet tone. “So tell me how was K’lir? You learn anything?” Oh his brother thought he didn’t know but he had become concerned after learning Megs had gotten attacked by the greenrider. Then he learned why and imagine his surprise to learn the ending of that particular flight. Poor Mik couldn’t catch a break.
Mavenath rumbled softly at Futh. Yes we should practice flying while ours run. It sounded like a good idea. Besides, whether his blue companion realized it or not, he did know things the bronze didn’t know. Futh was older. He had flown already, many times. Even if it was just watching him fly Mavenath would learn things. He didn’t comment on that though. Instead he stretched his neck out to tap the blue on the shoulder. We will be workout partners then.

"Actually, on second thought, let's let her come to us," M'kai said, "Or send her a note or something. I don't really want anything to do with a Mindhealer if I can avoid it. Or maybe we can just wait. Maybe she won't let Megs stand, and Megs won't want to stay here. She'll be aging out in just a year or two anyway. I don't know, Cry, maybe I'm just confusing her worse by being around her. There's not anything I can do, but..." He let that one trail off into silence, unwilling to voice what he was thinking. He wished more than ever that things would just work out without anyone getting hurt; as if that was ever possible in human interactions.
With a sigh he shifted sideways, sprawling out in the chair. "Not that it's made any difference. I seem to have lost my touch after a year of abstinence," he said, glancing out at the young dragons. But Cr'oph's next comment caught him off guard, and M'kai straightened suddenly. "K'lir? Where'd you hear about that? R'ahre told you, didn't he? That bastard, I'll kick his face in!" he exclaimed, turning a shade of red to match his hair. "That was supposed to be..." well, private, but flights in a Weyr were never private. M'kai had just hoped that, since Futh had actually lost the flight, no one would have seen him sneak out the next day, or no one would have put two and two together. "K'lir was nice enough," he humphed, not meeting his twin's eyes. "Really I hardly remember any of it." I hope Mave catches a wherry on his first flight, M'kai added to Futh.
Futh lifted his head, eyes whirling faster in confusion. To eat? he asked His, confused. He hadn't really been following the human conversation, but he would have been confused anyway. No, instead of a Green, or a Queen. It would be funny, and embarrassing for Cr'oph. Futh furrowed his brow, looking at his Bronze 'twin'. Why would you want to embarass him? Futh asked, and M'kai sent along a vague Nevermind, Fuffle. I'll explain later. It was Mavenath's tap that brought Futh back, and he briefly nuzzled the younger dragon. Yes, I will enjoy that. Workout twins. No, Futh hadn't quite mastered the idea of twins yet. Possibly he never would.

Cr’oph listened to his brother and nodded in all the right places his mind wrapping around what had been said and also what had not been said. He leveled his brother with an understanding look before finally speaking. “Note or in person it doesn’t matter. I’ll spill to a mindhealer if it will help her. But seriously Mik, ignore her for the time being. If Megs seeks you out, be honest. There isn’t much sense in continuing a game you do not want to play. If you hurt her it won’t be as bad as it would if you kept pretending to feel something for her that you don’t. he wanted to drop the topic of Meagan totally for now and he saw his chance with the teasing about M’kai’s latest male interaction. Poor brother.
The bronzeweyrling actually dissolved into laughter at his brother’s reaction. “Shards no R’ahre didn’t tell me. Don’t go kicking faces in brother dearest. It’s just a rumor that’s going around. Come on you seriously think an orgy of males riders isn’t going to be talked about? He snorted dryly his eyes dancing merrily at his brothers refusal to look at him. Same old Mik. That thought put a smile on his face and he sprang up from his chair to ruffle his brother’s hair in a move that he knew would get some sort of retaliation. “Sure you don’t remember anything. Right. I so believe you. I bet you really like K’lir don’t you Mik?” Was he honestly purposely baiting his brother? Answer of course! Stretching and ducking the retaliation he knew was coming his way, he smiled and caught his brother’s other wrist as he followed up the missed blow with another. “Come on Mik. Lets go spar a bit. We can swim afterwards. Mave and Futh have found and awesome spot by the river.” he said with perfect calmness. Swimming sounded awesome.
Mavenath just crooned softly his eyes whirling in amused shades. Yes workout partners. He tilted his head. I believe ours are coming to join us now. I will have to show you how I can make mine scream. It is quite amusing.
(We should close this. I’ll leave it to you if you don’t mind Ruby. It’s been up for a long time xP)
