Ashlyn blinked as Caden came out of the room. She noticed the girl had pitched her voice lower but didn't remark on it as she answered her fellow candidate's question. Caden had her reasons for wanting to disguise herself (not that Ash knew the specifics though) and the raven-haired teen wasn't going to blow her cover.
"I'm guessing he followed us and he wanted in on our prank." she spoke, an amused, bordering on indulgent tone to her voice. Not that she didn't think Armind was capable of helping them though. It was just his arrival hadn't been well timed. He'd shown up when all the work was over so there wasn't a whole lot he could do. She glanced at Caden as her partner in crime put a hand on her shoulder and nodded at the girl's comment.
"Yeah we should be getting out of here." she agreed glancing at Armind as Caden asked him to take the other bowl back to the kitchens. Loki returned hissing slightly at Armind as he landed on Ash's shoulder. As per typical of the male hating bronze, Loki kept a constant glare on Armind. Ash hadn't been able to tone down his hate for other males unfortunately for Armind but she had enough control so that (this time) the bronze didn't outright attack the child.
Ash blinked as Sel launched herself at Armind and had to stifle a laugh at Caden's expression. Poor girl. That firelizard seemed to be a handful. Luckily Ash still had the green ribbon tied around her wrist at the moment. Loki gave an evil chortle of approval at the green's antics and Ash sent him a sharp pulse of disapproval. He ignored it as per usual but she couldn't say she hadn't tried. Ash's blue eyes flickered down the hall. Still clear so far but the more time they wasted standing here meant the more chance they could get caught and into trouble.
