History: Born to Sham and Aleeya, Shivani's claim to fame is being the youngest sister of the deceased Weyrwoman Shmee. As a child she was given a lot of free roam because her mom tried to raise her without the help of her grandmother and failed quite spectacularly at it. Rules meant little to her and she broke them near constantly.
She eventually found out about her sister's life when she was ten and took great pride in being the sister of a goldrider - nevermind that her sister had been poisoned, she didn't understand the significance of that - and continued to be wholly spoiled and an attention seeker. When she was 13 this manifested as a desire to be a performer, of any kind, and she asked to go to the Harper Hall.
There she...well, didn't thrive because no girl thrives there but she discovered something she loved to do and was determined to break through all those stupid prejudices against women. She's a force to be reckoned with there, for sure.
