"You seem to forget," Serissa said, attempting to be cheery but instead, her voice cracked and broke, "I don't especially want to be alive. It's you all that think I should be, so as long as you think that's important you'll defer to me." Kalierre was gone - oh, that hurt, that hurt more than just about anything, but next to Ildyth it was nothing. If she could survive Ildyth, she could survive that. But without Kalierre, it meant that Serissa was one of the only senior Dragonhealers. She wished she could make herself care.
Instead, she brushed at Grim, trying to move him off her shoulder and continuing to address Raebeli and Erilena both. "So, you'll give me the respect I'm due and obey me when I tell you to get out of here yourselves and leave me, or you're welcome to attempt to wrestle me onto a Wher. If you go that route, however, I take no further responsibility for the damage I may do to you. I love Daniel" - she reached up to stroke the Brown's head, barely fighting tears - "But my life is nothing without Ildyth. I am useless and superfluous. Don't make me realize that every day." She wasn't exactly pleading, but it was a close thing. Likely as close as a lucid Serissa was ever going to get.

Hinsero did his best to be helpful, gathering supplies together and packing it in the basket for her. Once it was ready, he knelt to clasp his hands together, ready to give the old woman a boost. She seemed to get up alright, and while she was settling in, Hinsero called to T'ke, "We'll be right back. Be careful." And with that he swung up on to his brown, taking the basket from Asharra so she could put her arms around his waist. Luckily Hinsesk was a big Brown; carrying two people wasn't easy, but it was doable. "Ready?" he asked the Masterhealer, then slowly counted down. Between was surprising enough without shocking the poor woman with it.
Unlike a dragon, the Wher re-appeared just inches from the ground, quite a ways out from where the base camp was forming. Didn't want to make the mistake of taking out someone who had just managed to escape the wreckage. Once they touched down, Hinsesk stumbled towards the small gathering, doing his best to keep his gait as even as possible. Once he pulled to a stop, Hinsero slid down, holding his arms out to the Masterhealer. "Can you slide down towards me? I'll catch you, no problem."
((And then Hinsero came back! He'll help T'ke dig.))
