The constant sounds of chopping knifes and the murmur and laughter of good conversation can be found here. The kitchens are full of Drudges and food...you can take comfort in the warmth of good company and food here. but if you are doing chores make sure not to shirk your work! Those drudges are handy with a wooden spoon.

With high arched ceilings the hall is big enough to hold the entire human population of the weyr, and then some, if needed. It is often decorated brightly and all Feasts and gatherings will be held within it's stone walls.

The high stone walls of the great hall are massive and ornate. Used for both casual dining and celebrations, the few loyal drudges who work in the kitchens take pride in saying that come whatever hardships may, the dragonmen will always be able to rely on a good meal.
